Chapter 9: The New Generation

Last Time, Y/n, Ban, and King had a fight over their own personal problems. King wanted to kill Ban because he believes that Ban killed his sister to obtain immortality from the Fairy King's Forest. Y/n and King fought because King believes that Y/n stole Diane from him. With the knowledge that King is alive, the sins were originally not going to go to the Necropolis but then, Ban decided he had to go for a certain reason...

(Third Person POV)

The group had went back to the Boar Hat Tavern where Y/n had his right arm bandaged up due to the fight and he had a bruised cheek from when Ban punched him. The two children who interacted with Ban who's names were Ellen and Luigi, actually knew about how to get to the Necropolis so the group decided to feed them in exchange for knowledge.

"So..we have to tell secrets to some invisible force?" Y/n asked as they all had walked to a nearby area with a lot of beautiful looking flowers "Wow Y/n these are so pretty!" Diane exclaimed excitedly as all the flowers started to fly upwards and it had seemed like all of them were being taken to the Necropolis. "WHATS HAPPENING?!" Hawk yelled as he hid behind Y/n "Relax Hawk we're gonna be fine." Y/n said before they all realized that they were in the Necropolis. The view was surreal to Y/n. It was a place filled with lots and lots of crystals and was nothing like the living world.

"Well we're here guys.." Meliodas announced before Ban started bolting forward with King pursuing him "Oh godamnit I thought this was solved!" Y/n yelled as he facepalmed immensely 'Well if what King said is true..I can't exactly blame him..' Y/n thought to himself not noticing Diane's concerned look

The group started moving forward until they saw a woman who was about seventeen with her eyes closed and a fist planted in her chest "Holy shit! Did she kill herself to get here?!" Y/n yelled as the others were just as shocked as him "Elizabeth take Hawk and get outta here. It might get dangerous..." Meliodas said as Hawk gave his way of a thumbs up and picked Elizabeth up and ran away

"Well hello Seven Deadly Sins..my name is Guila and I'm a holy knight tasked with killing you all and recovering the princess." The girl said as Y/n, Meliodas, and Diane we're ready to fight "Y/n you should stay back you're injured and your magic is probably drained." Diane explained but Y/n didn't believe he was hurt or drained. "Don't worry. We can just finish this quickly and I'll cook you some whole roasted pork." Y/n smugly said as he walked infront of Meliodas and Diane "I'm so jealous." Meliodas whispered to himself and snickering loud enough for Y/n to hear "Hey you stop laughing!" Y/n yelled with a large blush on his face as well as Diane's.

"I wouldn't be so confident if I were you." Guila said almost as smugly as Y/n "Look your monotone ass voice is starting to piss me off can we just fight now?" Y/n replied before dashing towards Guila only to be met with an explosion to the face "Y/n!" Diane yelled before seeing the smoke clear and also seeing that Y/n was perfectly fine "Open your fucking eyes!" Y/n yelled at Guila before punching her in the gut sending her flying back

Guila now dashed towards Y/n and tried to set off another explosion off of her rapier into Y/n's face but was met with Meliodas' full counter "Thanks bro." Y/n said before fist bumping with Meliodas "No problem. We really should hurry this up I can feel your magic..it's getting lower and lower by the minute." He answered with a concerned look

The smoke cleared and there Guila was, standing unfazed "This has got to be some kind of joke. She was hit by the captain's full counter and took a punch from Y/n and she's perfectly fine!" Diane said now starting to get a lot more worried for not just herself but for Y/n. "What is this chick made of? I don't remember holy knights being this tough!" Y/n exclaimed with an annoyed look

Guila then shot an explosion at the floor causing Y/n to go flying into Meliodas who then proceeded to fly towards Diane who barely caught the two of them "ow..nice save.." Y/n muttered

As the three of them struggled to fight Guila, Ban came outta nowhere and took an explosion to the face trying to protect Y/n which shocked everyone

"Hey guys.." Ban nonchalantly said after healing up quickly "Hmph..I almost forgot you can heal yourself.." Y/n responded with before giving a smile

"Are you the sin of greed?!" Guila demanded to know "So what if I am!?" Ban shouted before using his magic to almost control her weapon. Seizing the opportunity, Y/n used the last of his magic to blast Guila in the face, making her disappear.

"She's probably in the main land now..atleast that's what I think.." Y/n said scratching the back of his head. As the group started to get back on their feet after a long battle, King came back with Elizabeth and Hawk "It seems you guys took care of that threat without me. I'm surprised Y/n I was quite certain your magic was drained. Anyways that doesn't matter. I'm sorry for how petty I was being and it's not fair for me to blame you. That's all." King explained causing everyone but Y/n and Ban to be confused

"What's he talking about Y/n?" Diane asked making Y/n try to think of a lie "Well..Um..it's nothing really just don't worry about it." Y/n defensively said sweating bullets along with King who just looked away

After the sins left the capital of the dead, the sins found Guila standing there unconscious and Meliodas and Y/n had the idea to draw on her face and then just leave her

The sins have now 5 members and Y/n and King finally made up. What will the sins do next after fighting yet another holy knight and where will they head out too next?

A/n: Sorry it took so long for me to update I had a lot of stuff going on in my life and I still kind of do but I'm trying to update more and my next update will probably be my AOT book so I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter because we're finally getting to Vaisel and special things happen!
