Jade wakes up and goes downstairs and quietly sneaks out to go to Starbucks.

She takes a cab to Starbucks and gets a mocha Frappuccino, then has the cab drop her off at a house around the corner of the hotel. She walks the rest of the way and sneaks in the lobby through the window that Richard broke. She senses someone is down in the restaurant, so she takes off her heels and attempts to sneak past them. But lo-and-behold Raphael notices her.

"Where did you...? You went out." He starts then notices the Starbucks in her hand.

"I did. But don't worry, I used fake names." Jade rolls her eyes, and Raphael glares.

"That doesn't matter. You have a very distinct look."

"There aren't any missing posters of me around. This isn't the first time I've disconnected contact with my family." Jade puts her hands on her hips.

"Don't do it again. This is your first and last warning. Next time, you're dead." Raphael points at her.

'Sure. You believe that.' Jade thinks to herself. She says nothing to Raphael. Jade puts her shoes back on and takes her coffee to the kitchen. She makes herself 2 bowls of dry cereal and 2 pieces of peanut butter bread along with a 16-ounce bottle of water. Raphael stood in the doorway and watched her for 5 minutes before getting bored and leaving.

Once she's finished eating, Jade goes to the 2nd floor and takes a nap.

Daniel and Andrew are in Raphael's "office."

"Something has to be done about her." Raphael states.

"Subjugation?" Andrew suggests.

"The clave would likely find out due to the fact she still has family." Daniel counters.

"Not exactly." Raphael corrects. "She's gone without contact with her family before, according to her."

"Really? Interesting." Daniel ponders.

"So... Subjugation?" Andrew repeats.

"It's obviously more complicated than that. You nearly drained her. You had the chance." Daniel says.

"It wasn't allowed yet." Andrew scoffs.

"Technically, it was. You can make those advances, Andrew." Raphael clarifies.

"How come he can, but nobody else can?" Daniel's brow furrows.

"Because we don't know what she is." Raphael answers.

"So?" Daniel says, confused.

"So, if it turns out that someone needs to be punished for subjugating or killing her, he will pay the price." Raphael says.

"Yeah, and I'm willing to pay the price if we get caught, but we won't get caught." Andrew says.

"Well, what if I'm willing to pay the price too?" Daniel inquires.

"It's already been decided. She's Andrew's prey."

"But she doesn't even trust him, and she never will." Daniel complains.

"Has she told you this?" Raphael asks.

"It doesn't matter. She's mine, Daniel." Andrew scoffs. "You're just jealous of me."

"I have a better chance of her willingly going into it than you do. Nobody likes a forced subjugate." Daniel puts his hands on his hips.

"Some do; it gives them a sense of power and dominance." Raphael interjects.
