Dippers POV
"Welcome back dork" she said as I blushed bright as a strawberry and I noticed she did the same I then spoke up and said "I guess I'll see you later then" she nodded then got up and walked away in silence.
I walked to the mystery shack with 1000 different thoughts going through my head trying to comprehend what had just happened while, nearly walking into a tree a few minutes later I made my way to the mystery shack to hear Mabel and her friends talking in her room upstairs I quickly grab some snacks and a sleeping bag then head to Wendy's house in the woods.
When I arrived I checked myself to make sure I had everything then I knocked on the door to hear a voice say "coming!" I wait a few more seconds to see, Wendy opening the door and I say "ready for movie night!?" I yell excitedly and she says with a happy voice "always!" "Alright come on in dude" she leads me into her house and upstairs to her room she ask with excitement in her eyes "ok what do you want to watch first?" I think for a second then finally say "ducktective 2!" I shout she reply "ducktective 2 it is" she said while grabbing the popcorn.
About an hour later nearing the end of the movie I notice Wendy glancing at me then back at the movie I caught her in the act and awkwardly said "movies over there wend" I say pointing at the screen "I-I know" she said while slightly blushing but I couldn't be getting on her about it cause I was doing the same thing as she was.
Wendy's POV
An hour after we start the movie I caught myself glancing at dipper and back at the screen and after a conversation of times he caught me and said "movies over there wend" I started to blush saying "I-I know" then I noticed he was doing the same as I was.
After a few more minutes he started to move closer to me and I did the same thing after a few more slight movements we were practically cuddling, and it felt really comfortable and warm I looked up at dippers face and could tell he was enjoying it as well after a couple more movies it was getting late and he suddenly said "hey wend?" "Yea?" "Thanks for welcoming me back" he said with a look of thankfulness in his eyes and a little bit of blush on his cheeks I smile back "no problem" I say while looking into his eyes, I soon get locked into a gaze while looking into his hazel brown eyes...
For a few seconds we sat like this just staring into each other's eyes then tired of waiting I pulled him into a kiss we locked lips passionately the movie just faded into the background as if nothing else mattered in the whole world except this moment while it felt like fireworks were going off in my head I pulled away stuttering saying "I'm s-so sorry dipper it's just tha-"
Dippers POV
I cut her off saying "Wendy it is okay" she looked at me with tears flowing down her cheeks saying "NO ITS NOT OK I DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU AS A FRIEND DIPPER!" I start to wipe the tears off her cheeks and I cup her face and pull it up to mine, and I say calmly "Wendy you will never lose me as a friend I'm here and I'm not going anywhere" she looks up at me and smiles and, pulls me back into a kiss as our lips move in sync like they we're made for each other she moves to get on top of my lap and pulls my head closer to her to deepen the kiss while holding my face and with me pulling her waist toward me I pick her up while still locking lips with her and quickly turn off the tv in one quick maneuver than she starts holding my neck tightly around me and wraps her legs around my waist I put her down on the bed and maneuver on top of her and after that darkness consumed me an the night began to shine.
Let it be known they are clothed while they are doing this so cleanse yo dirty minds this is pg strictly
Narrators POV
That fateful night turned from a simple hangout between friends into the blooming of a beautiful romance and of an uncertain future because this summer love was in the air...
