Dippers POV
I put my face in my palms and started to cry I then heard a thump and looked up to see Wendy panting sitting next to me 'was she running after me the entire time?' I look at her with red puffy eyes "why are you here don't you think I'm a monster?" she smiled lightly "Dipper you stood up for me and beat up a perverted jerk that doesn't sound like a monster to me" I took my hands off my face and looked her in the eyes "Thanks Wendy"she wrapped her arm around my shoulder and pulled me into a hug and I cried into her neck and she began to rub my back "that's it dip just let it all out" and said it in a motherly tone soothing me.

I sat there crying for what seemed like hours but turned out to be only 15 minutes I lifted my head out of her neck with blurry wet vision "now tell me why did you run off like that" (play music) I gave her a sad mourning look in my eyes that told her of my past her look turned sad and worried "what happened?" I sighed "the last three years of high school was a living hell for me I-I was beaten and bruised they cut me and kicked me everyone hated me for no reason" I looked up at Wendy to see her mouth covered and tears in her eyes with a look of fear and surprisal "w-wear."
I sighed turned around and lifted my shirt up showing my back writhed with scars and bruises she gently floated her hand over my back stunned at what had happened to me "O-o my god dipper I'm so sorry but why did you lose it in the diner?" "one day when I was getting beaten and I decided to fight back and lost my mind beating the guy half to death before someone pulled me off of him" I looked down at the ground in shame "I-I'm sorry Wendy I understand if you don't want to talk to me any-" I was stopped by feeling a soft pair of lips on mine I was shocked by the sudden movement but melted into it.
Wendy's POV
"I-I'm sorry Wendy I understand if you don't want to talk to me any-" I got tired of hearing him ramble and pulled him into a kiss he was shocked by it but eventually I felt the shock melt away into lovingness after a few seconds I pushed him away and cupped his face and looked him in the eyes "dipper you are not a monster and I still love you no matter what happens" his face slowly filled with happiness "y-you really mean it?" I nodded my head "thanks Wendy that means a lot" he pulled me into a hug.
"Alright let's head to the shack I'm sure Mabel is wondering were you are" we both got up off the log and started to walk toward the shack we got to the front door "and one more thing dip" "yhea?" I lightly pecked him on the cheek "thanks for being my hero..."
Sorry for the delay on chapters lately it takes a long time to make these and I've had a bit of writers block lately so I hope you understand
