Chapter 7: The first date

Hello people of the internet I'm back again with another chapter to feast your eyes on this chapter as things are gonna get sweeter than a piece of pie today

Dippers POV
She kisses me on the cheek and whispers in my ear "I love you to my Big Dipper" I blush 50 shades of red and peck her on the lips 'best morning ever' I think to myself, we sit down  and start to eat and talk to each other about what to do today.

I than had an idea and I looked at her with a nervous look on my face and started to stutter "h-hey Wendy" she looked at me with a confused look "what's up dude" "I-I was wondering I-if you wanted to go on like a-" "like a date?" she asked with a embarrassed look on her face "y-yhea that" "ummm sure dude" "ok" I said gaining a little confidence "I'll pick you up at 8 bring yourself and a blanket I'll do the rest" she looks at me a little surprised "ok sounds good were are we going?" "It's a surprise" I said with a grin she walks to my side of the table and, wraps her arms around my neck, and gives me a pouty look "not every a hint?" "nope" she pulls me closer to her face "what if I gave you a reason to tell me?" she said seductively "hmmm no I don't think so" I say feeling very smug and she pulls away "alright fine keep your secret but I will find out what it is" "sure you will when I say you can know."

I picked up our plates and washed them off than put my shoes on "alright wend I'll see you at 8 I'm out" I say from the front door I hear footsteps running toward me and was nearly pummeled into a hug "thanks for the best night ever dip" she said while wrapping her arms around my waist I smile "no problem angel" I kiss her on the forehead and hug her back I never wanted to let her go but I reluctantly let go and said "bye!"as I started to walk away she waved back at me while leaning in the door way and became more distant.

As I walked toward the mystery shack and looked at my phone to see it was already 11:40 and I had 5 missed calls and 7 missed text from Mabel 'this is what I get for leaving my phone on silent' I thought I than walked into the mystery shack to see an angry Mabel in Stans old chair "Whatever it is I didn't do it!" I said quickly she looked at me giddily and smirked.

Mabels POV
"Whatever it is I didn't do it!" he yelled nervously  I smirked "you have 5 seconds to tell me what happened last night before I pulverize you now spill" I closed my eyes he started to stutter "well y-you see umm" "5.." "cmon Mabel don't mak-" "4..3..2.." "ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ILL TELL YOU" he explained to me what had happened the night before between him and Wendy "and we're going on a date tonight at 8 but I need your help" my mouth dropped and I squealed like a fangirl at a concert "ow ow my ears" he complained "so what do you need help with bro bro" I asked giddily.

"I need you to set up a pic nick at the top of lookout point" I look at him with disbelief "WHAT do you realize how hard it is to set anything up there!?" "please Mabel for me?" He gives me a puppy dog look I sigh "alright for you" "yessss but remember to tone it down on the date vibes it's first base so keep it subtle" "got it" I say giving him a thumbs up I get on my phone and make a group call while going up stairs they answer "hello?" "Girls it's time for operation bro-mance" "roger that."

Dippers POV
After a few hours of waiting and nervousness it's finally 7:00 and I take a shower but this time washing myself off twice and using pine scented shampoo to stay smelling fresh by the time I get out it's already 7:30 so I quickly put on my usual outfit, but this time with the plaid buttoned up an with a bow tie to be formal but not to formal.

I walk out the door to see Mabel standing there I jumped a little "ah Mabel why are you standing there!?" "Were do you think your going?" I look at her with a raised eyebrow "uhhhhh on my date?" "Without a flower dipper what is wrong with you?" my eyes widened and I started to panic"the flower I forgot a flower!" she looked at me and shook her head and held out a single rose "tsk tsk tsk you know I always got your back bro bro" I grew a smile "thank you so much Mabel your the best!" I hug her tightly she responded with a smirk " I know I know now go get em tiger!" "Oh yhea everything is already set up on the cliff no one should bother you or Wendy it's just you two" hearing this actually raised my confidence I walked out the shack to Wendy's house.

Wendy's POV
After nearly half an hour of deciding what to wear I decided to wear my usual outfit just with a jacket wrapped around my waist to be a little formal but still casual at 8 o'clock on the dot I hear a knock on my door and ran to it and swung open the door to see, dipper looking as handsome as ever wearing the perfect outfit I caught myself staring and snapped back to reality realizing I was almost drooling "hey dip ready to go?" I ask "yup but first off this is for you" he said pulling a rose from behind his back I blushed so hard I started to look like the same shade of the rose I smiled "awww thanks dip" I said while hugging him "I'll just leave this here" I said while putting the rose into a vase "alright now are you ready to go sir dippingsauce" I giggled and he chuckled"yes lady redwend" he said while bowing we both started laughed and started to make our way to the top of the cliff.

We were walking up to the cliff then half way up the final hill dipper says with excitement "ok we're almost there close your eyes and hop on" he says bending down "ummm ok" I say with confusion about 5 minutes later we arrive to our spot and he puts me down "ok open your eyes" I open my eyes and they immediately widen to see a pick nick set up with, lit candles and pizza with the most beautiful view I've ever seen I gasp and cover my mouth with my hands.

Dippers POV
"So what do you think" I see her gasp and look around with awe and amazement 'I'm gonna have to thank Mabel for this she did a really good job' I think to myself "d-dipper it's amazing!" I felt a surge of happiness flow through me "you really think so?" "Dude it's awesome I have never seen anything like it how did you get all this set up?" "Mabel" I said bluntly "cool alright now let's eat."

For the next half hour we sat down talked and ate dinner and in general had a good time when we were done I threw away the trash and we put down a blanket and, we started to gaze into the starry night with her laying on her side with her head and one hand on top of my chest with the other underneath my side I was laying flat on my back with one arm wrapped around her waist and the other laying on my stomach looking into the sky admiring the clear starry night with a light warm breeze in the wind and we gazed in silence.

"Hey look theres the Big Dipper" she says while pointing upwards I smile "and there's my angel" I say while pointing at her she laughs and turns slightly red we sit and keep pointing at all the different stars and constellations as time past a shooting star passes bye "quick dude make a wish!" she yells excitedly I close my eyes and mumbled something to myself "what did you wish for?" "nothing" I said firmly "what why?" she asked confused "cause I already have everything I need right next to me" I said while kissing her on the forehead I looked at her in the eyes to see the moonlight shimmer in her hair and reflect off her eyes making her look more beautiful than ever she looked directly back at me "hey Wendy"I said breaking the silence "yhea?" "I love you" she looks up at me in disbelief "I love you to dipper" we both started to, lean in than we kissed each other like there's no tomorrow feeling like there's fireworks going off in my head again and that nothing could bother me and nothing else mattered but this moment in time I reluctantly pull away and put my finger on her lips "let's get back to your place first ok?" she nodded in compliance and pulled me back in to the kiss and the night began to shine brighter than a thousand stars....

This is a thank you and a special because it is my 2 month anniversary with my girlfriend and for giving me almost 100 views on my story you guys have given me nothing but relentless support and I absolutely appreciate it also this is my longest chapter yet so stay tune cause I'm not ending here or anytime soon or am I?;)

It is once again 1 o'clock in the morning so ima go pass out and stay like that for awhile
