Charlotte couldn't remember the last time she'd laughed so hard. Cole and her were having the best weekend joking around together with the run of the house. He'd just thrown her in the pool and jumped in after her as they laughed and splashed about.
Cole came up next to her as she leaned against the side, looking up at the big house in front of her "it's worth 9.5 million" Cole said suddenly "Nick is made of money, he worked hard for this place, and designed the floor plan himself, he wouldn't give it up easily" Cole looked at her as he said this. "Why would he have to give it up?" Charlotte asked, confused "he didn't sign the best prenup" Cole said slowly as he looked down. Charlotte was curious as to how Cole knew this and opened her mouth to ask more, but at the same time Cole looked away, his phone was ringing and he leapt out of the pool suddenly, sprinting over to it.
"Hello" he spluttered as he caught his breath "shit, is she..." his voice trailed off and his face look strained "ok I'll be there in a few hours". Cole looked back to the pool, as if just remembering that Charlotte was there "I uh have to go.. I'm sorry" he started putting his trousers on and looking around for his shirt frantically. Charlotte got out of the pool and handed it to him "here you go, is everything ok?" She asked, worried by his reaction "my mother... she's sick.. she's been taken into hospital" Cole's face showed the pain saying these words was giving him and Charlotte grabbed hold of him in a tight embrace. "I'll go pack you a few things, you take a second make sure you're ok to drive" she spoke into his chest as he slumped. "Thank you" he whispered as he sat down into a sun lounger. She went to get his things.
Ten minutes later and Cole was gone, apologising profusely for no reason at all as he left, he thanked Charlotte and kissed her sweetly before getting into his car and heading to be with his mother. Charlotte truly had the house to herself. And time for her thoughts to run wild, just what she needed.

Cole texted Charlotte later that night. His mother was doing well but he was going to stay there for a couple of days to look after her. Charlotte replied to say how glad she was to hear she was ok and she hoped he could get a good nights rest. The reply came through fast 'I hadn't planned on getting much rest tonight with our original weekend plans sweetheart' damn but he was good at winding her up, a second text 'sorry I can't be there with you, I had a fun evening of activities planned out for us, on the balcony, in my room..' her heart raced as the potential scenarios went through her head, her phone started to ring.
"Are you there sweetheart?" Cole asked through the phone "yes" Charlotte replied quietly "good, I was worried when you didn't respond to my texts" he chuckled. "What was I supposed to say in response to that?" Charlotte blurted, embarrassed "oh I don't know, tell me what you're wearing or something" Cole teased earning a sharp laugh from Charlotte "you wish" she replied quickly leaning back in bed. "I did have plans for us, if you were interested" Cole said casually, gaining Charlottes interest "oh? What did you plan?" She asked seductively "well I took your oysters and champagne plan seriously" Cole replied, "there's a cooler in my room, you might as well enjoy them".
Charlotte moved onto the balcony and through into Cole's room, sure enough she found the cooler and carried it back to her room. "Oh Cole, this looks amazing" she gushed as she opened the cooler to find a bottle, two glasses, some oysters in ice and a small platter of sauces "I'm sorry you can't be here" she said as she poured herself a glass. "That's ok, I'll be back soon, and until then just think about me yeah?" He sounded hopeful as he asked.
Before she could reply a voice sounded on the other end of the phone "I have to go, the doctor is on the other phone, enjoy your night baby, don't forget to think of me" she sighed as he hung up, leaning back with her glass of champagne and an oyster.
The past few weeks had been intense and here she was, alone, frustrated and all worked up with booze and teasing from Cole, not to mention Nick and his parting words about having fun with her toys. She huffed. Those men were something else. If they could see her now their eyes would pop she thought as she put the oyster shell down gently on the side, moving her hand down her stomach as she sought out a release from the tension that had been building for weeks, moving her hand underneath the waistband of her skirt.
A/N I wonder what she's about to do?
