Chapter 24

SAM'S POV

"CAYLI!!!" I kept screaming for her to wake up. I have no idea what was happeneing. All of a sudden, she just passed out. She's super pale, she isn't breathing right. She looks dead to be honest. I'm really worried.

Kian keeps shaking her gently while I'm over here freaking out and screaming her name. Connor, JC, Trevor, and Ricky were trying to figure out why she passed out. I really didn't want to take her to the hospital. She has been in there too many times.

About 10 minutes later, her eyes started to flicker open. I ran up to her and pushed her hair out of her face. She opened her eyes and looked at me funny. She tried rasing up but she was too weak.

"Shhhhh. It's okay. I'm here." I told her. She had a worried look on her face.

I looked around at the guys and they were on the verge of tears. So was I. About 2 minutes later, she was able to speak.

"What happened?" She asked quietly.

"You were crying and then you just fell to the ground. We were really worried. You've been out for about 10 minutes, Cay." I said to her. I'm just happy she's okay.

"I remember that. But why did I pass out?" She said, looking around. We just shurgged our shoulders.

"We're not really sure, Cay." I said. She just looked down and sighed.

CAYLI'S POV

What the crap? I just randomly passed out. I looke dup and all the guys were on the verge of tears. I didn't like scaring them. But this time, it wasn't my fault.

"I'm just gonna go lie down." I said while trying to get up. I fell back down because I was too weak.

"Here. Jump. I'll carry you." Trevor said, walking over to me. I said okay he he picked me up bridal style. I slightly giggled and worried if I was heavy. Trevor must've noticed because he looked at me worried.

"You're not heavy, Cay. I promise." He said. Awe.

We got to my room and he layed me on my bed.

"Can you get me some water? And hand me my phone and laptop? Oh and remote?" He just laughed and left to get some water.

That one question kept popping in my mind.

Why did I just randomly pass out?

It just hit me. I didn't eat breakfast this morning. But I wasn't hungry, at all really. Maybe something's wrong with me.

I was snapped out of my thoughts by Trevor walking up the stairs to my room. He handed me my water, phone, laptop, and the remote. He was about to leave but I protested.

"Wanna watch a movie? I kinda need company.." i said while fiddling with my thumbs.

"Of course." He said, and came to lie down with me. We decided to watch The Fault In Our Stars. Yes, I know. Total white girl.

I got on my phone and there was a notification on my news app. Somehow, Kian set my phone to give me any notifications on the news app if it was about my parents. I took a deep breath and opened the app.

It read, "The two adults who have been knocking on peoples doors, threatening them, and taking there money has been spotted again. It has seemed to have been at *Cayli's address here*. We urge you to watch out. There has been footage of them breaking into the house. You might want to check and see if they stole anything. If you have any information on this, call 800-cali-news" Oh. My. Gosh.

I got up quickly and just dropped my phone on my bed so Trevor could see. I ran downstairs and started going through all my medicine. I found my antidepresents and looked in it. They were different pills. They must've switched them. They used to be white little ones but now they're medium sized blue ones. I must've been to sleepy to realize this when I took them this morning.

"Are you freakin kidding me?" I whispered to myself. The pills must've made me not hungry and pass out. Shiz. I took the bottle and bolted upstairs. Sam stopped me though and looked at me weird.

I explained to him everything that I found out and he flipped out.

"We're getting an alarm system and security cameras." He said and left. I shurgged and ran back to my room and Trevor was sleeping. Really Trev?

"TREVOR WAKE UP!" I yelled in his ear. He jumped up and screamed like a girl. I laughed but then got serious again.

I explained what happened and he went crazy like Sam.

"Oh my god. What are we gonna do? They can't find you. I won't let them take you. Cayli, you have to promise me, you'll be around one of the guys at all times. Okay? And-" I cut him off by kissing him. I backed up and smiled slighty. He smiled back.

"Okay?" He said, quoting TFIOS.

I giggled and said, "Okay." He laughed and we got up to go downstairs. Ricky and Kian were playing Mario Cart. LITERALLY EVERY FREAKIN DAY THEY ARE.

I got up to them and scream incthe ears. They jump and scream too. I laugh really hard. I go and sit on the couch in between them. JC was on the love seat on his phone.

Connor was already listening while sitting with JC.

"JC listen." I said. He looked up and sat up and listened too. I explained to them the same thing I told Sam and Trevor. They all gasped and looked shocked.

"Someone has to stay around Cayli. At. All. Times." Trevor said very sternly. I giggled and kissed his cheek.

I layed down and Trevor put my feet in his lap. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
