11. Heart wants what it wants

The door was closed. She was looking at it as if he will come back. After half an hour she was finally conscious about her surroundings but her mind was stuck at one point.. He was gone. And after that point it was all dark. She never thought she would fall for a person just after meeting him, completely ignoring the fact that they could never be together. But the heart never listens to logics. It doesn't need anything to believe on something. It just creates an imagination and lives in it as long as it is happy and then one day that little glass house of imagination gets hit by a pebble of reality and it shatters and all the small pieces slit your heart, your hands,your eyes and you bleed till the day you die. She had loved someone once, loved him enough to know that what incomplete love can do to a person and how an incomplete story can haunt someone. The person she loved once left her without saying anything or giving any reason. And that was enough to break her.It took a lot of time for her to believe in love again. That's why whenever she got vacation, she travelled around the world to keep her mind from going insane.
And now she was falling for someone from another country, from another corner of the world who could never be hers. "But love is not just being together right Anna? " her heart told her. "Love is loving someone enough while you can. Last time you never got a chance to say good bye. Buy this time, when it comes to that, you will be able to say good bye and you will know you won't have to wait for something to happen. This time, you will write your own ending Anna. "
A tear fell down from her eye. "what if he never come back? What if he decided to leave? He just confessed his love for you, and you just threw him away. " more tears...more and more. Her face was wet. She got her cell phone, dialled his number, she didn't want to leave like that. His cellphone was ringing but he wasn't picking up her call. She decided to leave a text message.

It was 12 at night. She waited till 3 a.m. Then she fell asleep without realising.

She woke up at 7a.m.
There was no reply from him. She felt something tearing her heart apart. She got into the bathroom and changed into some bright colours expecting them to brighten up her mood. She put on his song on her cell phone and then wandered here and there in the room. She didn't know what to do. She ordered breakfast and called her mother. Her mother got worried on seeing her face. Though she tried to hide her swollen eyes with make up. She thought she looked presentable but mothers are mothers. She knew something was wrong and that she was not well. When her mother repeatedly asked her she finally broke down in front of her.
"Mama, can someone fall in love with someone just after they have met? isn't it too early?" her mother took a deep sigh. She didn't expect it. But she felt happy that she was feeling something after her last bad experience as she had completely shut herself off from any kind of relationship. She wanted her daughter to be happy. She said. "Anna, let me tell you something. Feeling don't have any manufacturing or expiring date my love. You can fall in love at most unexpected times in most unexpected ways. You met someone, you fell for them, it doesn't mean you should restrict yourself to a timetable that it's time to love, it's time to move to the next step. Go easy on yourself my little angel. Whoever he is If you love him, don't hold your self back just because you just met him. Love is not something you find everyday and everywhere. We all get our share and it's up to us how we invest it and make it grow .." she was relieved now. "Mom! There's one more thing, If you know you two don't have a future you should still love 'em?" her mother's expressions tensed a bit. "Look Anna, I don't know who he is and why do you think you don't have a future together. But Anna, you still have a chance to be together while you live, right?  There's one thing about love, you never know where it will take you. She checked again. There was no message from him. No call no text. She got up and ordered an uber. She was going to the hills where they went when the night was dark and stars were glowing and they didn't know they would fall in love.
