Thanos found the sweet little house in a swamp, hoping that it was empty. He had been travelling for weeks now, and was tired and sore from sleeping on the hard ground. The door swung open as Thanos gave it a small push and saw a slightly opened door, where he saw a bed.
"I'm exhausted. I could sleep here, it looks empty." He thought. As he was about to lay down, he heard a loud bang from outside. Thanos looked out the window and saw a tall, green man kicking the door of an outhouse open. He ducked down below the window but looked again when he heard a sound like falling mud. Peeking over the window ledge, he saw the man naked and covered in mud. Before he could duck back down the handsome ogre looked over and yelled
"What are you doing in my... house? Why are you in my house?" Thanos realized it was too late to hide, so he climbed out the window to speak to him.
"Um, h-hi I'm Thanos. Have you, uh, seen any um they're called infinity stones?" He was a blushing mess. Why can't I talk to him? He thought desperately.
"Heh. My name is Shrek. I don't suppose you need a place to stay tonight?" Shrek took a step forwards, causing Thanos to stumble backwards. He nodded quickly and climbed back in the house. He could barely take his boots off before he passed out.
