Kelley's Pov 

Flashback:

I got out of the car this was the first year I was going to camp for the national team I was very nervous but happy because this had been my dream since I was a little kid. I walked into the field and went over to Jill who was talking with another girl who had black hair blue eyes and was a little bit taller than me.

The team gave me a very nice welcome they were all very nice with me specially Alex I became great friends with her.

Time skip a few years later

Both me and Alex were sitting on the balcony on our hotel room

"Kels?" she asked me

"Yeah what's up Lex?" I looked at her

"do you think we will be together forever" she said

I can't tell her about my crush on her She dosen't even know that I like girls yet. I think she means as friends so.

''yeah I hope I mean you are an amazing friend" 

"Promise?" she asked me and held my hand

"I promise you we will always be together no matter what" I smiled 

End of flashback

I woke up at our hotel room we had the day off and tomorow we played the final against the netherlands. Since we had the day off I had a very fun day planned for me and Alex. Truth is since I meet her I knew she was going to be super important in my life and she is I really love her she is the one that gets me in a good mood and she has been here for whatever I need her for. Everything I do with her is always perfect even our first kiss.

Flashback:Two years ago

During the NWSL season the royals played against pride Alex let me stayed at her house for a couple of days before the game. We were walking down the beach to look at the sunset Florida climate is very nice and it was a nice day to take a walk down the beach we sat down on the sand and looked at the sunset tomorow it was Alex's birthday and I already had a gift for her but I want to make sure what she wants

"so Lex? what do you want for your birthday tomorow" I asked her

"hmm I think I will go simple this year" she laughed "This year all I want for my birthday is a kiss"

"A kiss from who?" I asked she probably is going to say the boy who keeps wanting her servando

"A kiss from a girl" I looked at her confused she never told me she was into girls well this is new information 

"and who is this girl" I asked her maybe she had a girlfriend  who she was been dating in secret.

"mhm she has brown eyes and brown hair" she said

"well this girl is for sure lucky to have you" I said any boy or girl is lucky to have an amazing woman like alex and I am lucky to have her as my best friend.

"Yeah she for sure is" she said

"and who is this mystery girl we are talking about that you want a kiss from?" I asked her 

"From you" she smiled and before I could answer  she kissed me and I kissed her back

I was cut out of my toughts when I felt alex move I looked down at her and kisses her forehead
