After school that day, Mirio invited me to his house to hang out. Of course, that hang out then turned into a sleepover, which lasted for three nights.
My parents were out of town, they agreed it was safer for me to stay there instead of being home alone.
On the third day, Mirio's dad had gotten a call from my parents.
He answers the phone, me and Mirio just in earshot so we could hear what they talked about.
"Do you think they'll let you stay another night, Y/N?" Mirio whispered to me with a smile.
I replied slowly, "Maybe… but I hope they get back home soon, I miss them…"
It was true, I was terribly homesick by now and missed my home…
As much fun as I had with Mirio there, I was still allowed to want to go home-
His dad hung up a few seconds later.
"Hey, Y/N? I just got off the phone with your Mom, she said you can stay another night or go to your aunt's house that's a few minutes away from here. It's your choice, whatever you want goes!" He said with a smile.
"O-oh- Ok- I guess I'll just…"
I stopped myself. I don't really want to stay here again, but I don't want to leave either… At my Aunt's house, there's nothing to do anyway, but here I have Mirio to hang out with- I value our time together, but I think four days is enough-
