Chapter 5

Ryujin's POV
Next day comes by so fast and now I'm talking with felix about his little date.

"I don't really see what's interesting about her" I said still trying to figure it out. "Oh god Are you still thinking about that?" He asked glancing at me.

I nodded sighing. "Like you can find someone better than her you know that kim jennie girl she's hot famous an-" He rolls his eyes shaking his head.

"I don't want someone hot nor famous I want someone who I love and that loves me back sincerely I'm not a player as everyone thinks I am when I do love someone like Y/N then you should support me as my bestfriend okay? As it only happens once in a blue moon" He says smiling at me patting my head before leaving.

I was left there dumbfounded.

Your POV
I walk inside the school to see ryujin blocking my path. I furrowed my eyebrows. "Did I do something to get involved with the vice president?" I asked while she pulls me on a empty room.

"Woah" I muttered fixing my uniform "What the hell did you do to felix?" She asked suspiciously. "What do you mean?" I said smirking. "You brainwashed my friend" She says gripping on the collar of my uniform. 

"Don't be ridiculous vice president I never did anything to your friend" I said taking her hands off my collar. "Then explain why He suddenly likes you after what 2-3 hours" She says making me chuckle.

"Maybe because I have charms" I said winking at her while she rolled her eyes. "If I have just a piece of evidence that you did something you better be ready" She threatens me.

I laughed smiling at her as she looks at me confused and annoyed. "Why are you laughing?" She asked in such a annoyed tone.

"Nothing I find you cute that's all now if you'll excuse me I got a class to attend" I said taking my leave after not letting her talk.

I sighed going inside the classroom sitting down my chair. "H-" I cut my classmate off. "Not today" I said smiling fakely at her before resting my head on my hands.

Language really is so boring cause in the end I finished drawing stickmans on 2 pages of my notebook. The class ends as I make my way outside to my next class.

Which is actually a pain cause it's math. "Gwon Y/N you're excused by the student council" Hwang yeji says stopping me from going inside the classroom.

"And why so?" I said glancing at her smirking she remained in her authorative stance. "Come with me" She says and thats what made me follow her.

I cant risk getting on their bad side I am afterall finding out what they're hiding and maybe I could do that right now.

"You play baseball right? You're record says you were a utility player back in your school and we decided to try you out" She says while I nodded.

"But I quitted baseball a year ago I might not be the one you're looking for" I said while she nods. "We will see there's an extra jersey  on the locker room to your right once you're changing get in the field I'll be the pitcher" She says lucky her she's already dressed.

While My lazy ass goes to the changing room and starts changing. I was shirtless when I look at the mirror to see a large scar on my shoulder.

I sighed talk about having a messed up lifestyle in the past to the point I was involved with a gang the tattoo on my back just tells it all.

I finished changing as I went out after getting a baseball bat. I sighed It's been a while since I touched a baseball bat.

I went to the field to see yeji talking with her coach. "Shall we start then?" Their coach says while they nodded.
Everyone got to their positions as I ready my bat.

Yeji was warming up as she stretches her neck. The coach blew his whistle as the athmosphere suddenly felt so heavy.

I took a deep breath before concentrating on the ball that yeji was about to throw. "Bring it" I muttered as she throws the ball.

At first I thought it was gonna hit the bat but no before hitting it close to the bat it suddenly turned right causing me to not hit it.

"First strike!" I look at her in disbelief while she smirked at me mockingly that was a new move. I thought we we're doing the normal.

I took a deep breath again. 'Concentrate' I thought as she readies to throw another.

I know baseball inside and out so studying a new move wont be a problem. (LIES google is a thing)

I eatched as she threw the ball a fast ball to be exact. I hit the ball and ran as fast as My fat ass can hitting a home run.

Damn I didnt know my fat ass can still run this fast. The coach looks at me amused. I panted heavily while yeji goes up to me. "You're pretty fast" She says smirking patting my back.

"Don't tell others but you're in the team" She says while I nodded after catching my breath. "Training tomorrow 2:30 to 4 Pm I'll see everyone later" The coach says before leaving.

"Congrats" She says before she left I held her wrist while she looks back at me. "Can we talk about this whole baseball thing?" I asked while she smiled nodding her head.

"Of course after we changed" She says taking my hand off her wrist as she walks back away from my sight.

(Lunch Time)

"Damn How the hell did she throw that" I said curiously. "You talking to yourself?" seulgi says while I sighed.

"That caught me off guard" I said taking a bite off my burger. "Well it's hwang yeji she's unpredictable" She says and right as Seulgi told me that the student council goes to their table earning a bunch of glances.

Yeji walks up to us making seulgi nudge me a little. "Sorry I didn't get to talk to you earlier Let's talk after school?" She says smiling.

I gulped nodding my head. How come her eyes are that charming like bruh I will be shock if she's single.

"S-sure" I said she walks out after. "What the hell was that about a talk You guys did something did-" I cut her off. "No we didn't we're just going to talk about baseball nothing more I just got a bunch of que-" I rambled but got cut off by her.

"I get it I have no knowledge on baseball (SAME) so that's why I don't know what the hell you're talking about" She says taking a sip of her coke.

"Hey this will be the time I can maybe learn more about the president" I said smirking. "Oh you"re still on that?" She says while I nodded.

"of course I don't back down from challenges"
