I Think I'm In Love ~Jori~

Chapter eleven.

"Tori?" Jade asks.

Jade sits up on her bed and Tori walks over and sits next to her. The bedroom door shuts and Dom goes downstairs.

"Why are you here?" Jade asks.
"I came to talk to you." Tori says.
"About?" Jade asks.
"What you said." Tori says.
"What more is there to talk about Tori? I said all i wanted to say Tori. Unless you wanna say something." Jade says.

Tori hesitates.

"I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for not hearing you out the other day. I just... i want us to be friends again." Tori says but she doesnt sound happy.

Jade looks at Tori confused.

"Why do i get the feeling you dont really wanna be my friend?" Jade asks.
"Cos i dont." Tori says.
"Um. Wow. Okay." Jade says.

Tori shakes her head and smiles.

"I wanna be more than friends Jade. I wanna go around school holding your hands. I wanna go around school and be able to kiss you. I wanna be able to laugh cos you hit someone out of jealousy cos they got to close to me. I wanna be able to tell everyone that I'm your girl. I wanna be able to go to the top of Hollywood Arts and yell that I'm you girl. Jade. I dont want to be friends with you. I wanna be your girl. Because i love you. There. I said it. I admit it. I'm in love with my best friend and i dont know why i have these feelings towards you but i do. I have some unbearably strong feelings towards you and if you dont feel the same way towards me then thats absolutely fine but i just felt the need to get it off my chest." Tori says.

Jade lets out a breath that she didn't know she was holding.

"I'll see you at school tomorrow Jade. Friends as always." Tori says giving a sad smile.

It's currently raining outside and Tori walked to Jade's house. So she's gunna end up walking home.

Dom walks in.

"You cried over the girl who let you walk out but now you're letting her walk out on you?" Dom asks.

Jade shakes her head.

"No. No I'm not letting her go." Jade says.

She puts on her shoes and sprints out after Tori.

She sees Tori stood in the middle of the road just staring at the sky.

"Tori?!" Jade yells.

Tori turns around.

"Jade its raining." Tori says.

Jade runs over to Tori and stops right in front of her.

"Tori. I made a mistake. A really dumb mistake. I shouldn't have done what i did. I really do regret it. But i wanna do something that i know I'm gunna regret not doing in the future." Jade says.
"What is it?" Tori asks.

Jade's breathing starts speeding up and she leans in closing the gap. Tori starts to kiss back. It's raining and they're stood in the middle of the road kissing. Anyway, they pull out and catch their breath.

"I wanna be more than friends Tori. So much more. I wanna walk around school with you knowing that you're my girl. I wanna have the confidence inside me that i get when I'm with you. I want to go to the top of Hollywood Arts with you and yell at the top of my lungs that you're my girl. Christ i wanna post it all over the slap.com that you're my girl. Cos i want you to be my girl." Jade says.

Tori smiles.

"You gotta ask me Jade." Tori says.

Jade laughs.

"Tori will you be my girl?" Jade asks.
"Happily." Tori says.
"Come on. It's pissing it down and we're out here getting soaked." Jade says.

They run into Jade's house. Dom has a hidden smile on his face. They take their shoes off and head into Jade's room.

"You know. I was thinking. Maybe we  could watch a film, cuddle, get comfy." Tori says.

Tori starts running her fingers up and down Jade's arm causing Jade's stomach to do somersaults.

"Yeah. Sounds like a plan." Jade says.

Jade grabs the TV remote and puts on the TV. They get comfy and she rests her head on Jade's shoulder.

"You know how long I've waited to do this?" Jade asks.
"No. But I'm guessing a while." Tori says.
"Way to long." Jade says.

Tori smiles.

Half way through a film, Jade falls asleep. Tori looks at her and smiles. She turns off the TV and goes to sleep. The next morning, Jade wakes up to Tori asleep.

"She's so damn pretty." Jade mumbles.
"So are you." Tori mumbles.
"Oh. Hey. Morning." Jade says.
"Morning." Tori says.

Jade stretches.

"Are we gunna tell everyone about us?" Tori asks.
"Well how soon do you want people knowing?" Jade asks.
"I dunno. Maybe keep it quiet for a little bit. Let people figure it out." Tori says.
"Sounds like a good plan." Jade says.

They share a sweet kiss.

Walking to school, Jade feels as if someone is watching them.

"Jade? What's wrong?" Tori asks.
"Someone's watching us babe." Jade says.

Tori stops next to Jade.

They start looking around. Jade's phone rings.

"Hello?" Jade says.
"Maybe instead of standing in the middle of the road, we should get moving." Tori says.

Jade laughs.

"Sorry. Who is this?" Jade asks.
"Wrong number." The caller says.

The call ends.

"Come on. Lets go to school." Jade says.
