I'm going to elaborate a bit more on the Human AU and time and settings here so I recommend reading this as it will explain how things will work throughout the story. Also, please note this is the first fan fiction I'm actually going to be putting actual effort in so try not to be too harsh. This fan fiction is going to contain some mature content that some readers may find unsettling or disturbing so if you are sensitive to that sort of topic, I advise you to find a different fan fiction to read. Anyways, here we go:
There are no quirks, abnormal abilities, heroes, or villains in this AU. Izuku is 15 years old entering his first year at Sakura High school, his dream school, along with his childhood friend, Bakugo. Sakura High is where his favorite celebrity, All Might went to school.
All Might is a famous singer and Izuku hopes to someday surpass him. He idolizes him for his amazing voice, but also for his positive messages. But unfortunately, at the age of 7, Izuku started having mental problems. They were caused by the bullying if Bakugo. And it ended up causing Izuku to have very low self-esteem and confidence, as well a depression. But he doesn't want to be burden to anybody so he instead keeps all his emotions and problems bottled up, which isn't the healthiest choice.
Over the years, Bakugo has lightened up on the bullying but still does it. Yet somehow, Izuku managed to catch feelings for him. These feelings affect his mental issues, making them worse in some ways, and better in others.
Izuku hopes, that he will achieve his dream, hoping his problems won't interfere. And that his feelings for Bakugo won't get in the way. But will they?
