Here we are, Ellie and I laying in the grass looking up at the stars, shoulder to shoulder.

I look over at Ellie, seeing how excited she gets over the stars, I lightly chuckle before lightly resting my head in her shoulder.

I can feel her eyes on me. I look over at her.

"What?" I say chuckling.

"You." She says quietly before looking at the stars, I slowly lift my head up and get on my side.

I move my hand over the side of her face, lightly touching it. Before making her look at me. A light smile appears my lips.

"Oh Ellie..." My accent comes out as I stare into beautiful her green eyes.

"Yeah..." She say before lightly grabbing my arm, I feel myself get light goosebumps. I smile at the thought,

"God, that smile of yours." She says touching my bottom lip softly. I laugh at the comment,

"Ellie what are you doi-" I say before getting cut off by Ellie's lips on mine. I pause before kissing back.

As we pull away. I chuckle,

"Wow Ellie, that was-"

"Sorry, should have warned you before uh, yknow." Eliies says before rubbing her neck and getting up.

"We should probably get back, we have Patrol in the morning anyways." She says before helping me up.

I take her hand, getting up and picking up our bags. Lightly dusting off the dirt on them.

"Leo's probably worried..." I say as were walking back. Ellie chuckles before saying,

"He's always worried about you, Guy needs to take a load off." She mumbles before taking my hand. I look at her with a confused face,

"Ellie, he's my brother. He gets to be worried, after all we've been through..." I shudder at the thought.

I keep walking but Ellie stops, pulling me back a little.

"Whats up?" I asked confused.

She looks at me before pulling me right into a embrace. "I'm sorry" she confesses.

"For what hun? You didn't do anything wrong." I whisper while wrapping my arms around her neck.

"For Y'know, not being there enough..." She say into my neck.

I immediately pull back, looking at her face. "You've been here the whole time, Ellie.." I say as I look at her with smile.

She looks up at my face before kissing my forehead.

"Come on, let's go." She says as we pull away from the embrace and takes my hand as we walk back to town.

As we finally make it back to my house, I can already see Leo waiting at the door.

"Aw shit..." I mumble as I get the house keys out from my bag.

Ellie sighs before letting go of my hand before Leo could see. As we make our way up to the small shack I call home I can see hes slightly red, Seeing his ear twitch lightly and he soft brown hair is a mess. Looks like he woke up and saw me missing.

Fuck me...

"What the hell took you so long!" Leo shouts at me while I open the front door.

"Hhm Leo, maybe not a good time Since Ellie's here!" I quietly yell to him as I motion towards her.

"Hey Leo, what's up..." She says causally. He looks at her before saying,

"Ellie, for the love for god, why were you out for so long with my sister? You know there's a curfew!" He says before rubbing his tired eyes. Ellie rolles her eyes before nodding.

"Leo, You can go back to bed now, Jeez." I say as he grumbles before bumping his shouder with mine.

I close the door quickly before sighing and sitting down on the deck chairs.

Ellie stands there for a moment before walking over to me, I look up at her with tired eyes. I get up and try to open to door.

"Are you fuckin- Leo! Open the damn door you Prick!" I hear him groan in response before turning to Ellie with pleading eyes.

She chuckles before saying, "Wanna sleep at my place." She says before taking my hand and pulling me against her. I cup her face lightly before taking her lips in mine.

The kiss gets heated and more hungry by the minute before I pull away.

"Lets uh, save this for your house, huh?" I whisper before winking. She chuckles before taking my hand and pulling my along with her to her house.

𝙀𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙚'𝙨 𝙋𝙊𝙑.

I slowly open my eyes. I look around for a minute, seeing clothes on the floor. None of my clothes, Just Amy's shirt and pants.

I smile before looking over at the sleeping Amy beside me. I turn to face her, trying not to wake her.

I gently grab her and shake her lightly. Her eyes open slowly and groans,

"Ugh...What- what time is it?" She says with a yawn.

"About time that we get up for patrol." I say before getting up.

I hear her groan loud before slowly getting out of bed. I walk over to my desk chair and see a gray hoodie, I smell it quickly,

"Eh, good enough I guess..." I say and put it on.

I hear the quick actions of Amy pulling her pants up. "You can look now..." She says and I turn around.

I see that Ellie is wearing the same hoodie she has been wearing for the past couple of days.

"Wearin that, again Ellie?" My Texas accent comes out again as a shake my head.

"Hey! It's not that bad, Jeez Amy." I laugh at the comment before walking out the door to get some breakfast.

Heyyy it's Jenny. I've been gone for forever it feels, but I've been playing last of us part 2 and I LOVE IT. Well not all of it😢....but anyways I always loved Ellie's character.
