Chapter 12

It was 0630 in the morning, to early you wake up from your bed. Waking up in early morning become a habit since you entered the volleyball club for morning practice. Knowing that your body still weak, but better than yesterday. No school for you today because you need to rest. You texted your brother that you won't go to school today. Planning to stay in bed the whole day.

Then you heard the door bell. You force your body to get up, wrapping yourself with blanket like a burrito then walk to the front door. Peeking through the peephole, seeing a familiar person. You open the door.

" Hey Akaashi. What's bring you here?"

" You the one ask me to stay with you. Besides, I don't think you will eat some breakfast today. Let me cook some."

" Sure. Come in." you open the door wider to help him enter your house. He put his bag on the couch then went to the kitchen. You just sit on the table watching him. Your head feel so heavy then you put it on the table, unconsciously dozed off.

" (y/n), wake up. I made breakfast." Akaashi shake your shoulder to wake you up. You rub your eyes and see (f/breakfast) in front of you.

" Its your favourite right?"

" How do you know?"

" I asked Bokuto-san before I came here."

" Would it be weird a person who doesn't like eating have a favorite breakfast?" you left a little chuckle before slowly eating your food.

" I just think that you're lazy. Do you want me to feed you again?" thinking of made you have a tint blush on your cheek. You slowly shook your head making the guy in front of you chuckled. You start eating. You found out that Akaashi keep staring at you while you were eating.

" Should you have a practice this morning?"

" Yeah. I'll see you later?"

" Sure, anytime." you stand up to clean your dishes. Akaashi take his bag at the living room then he saw the familiar device on the coffee table.

" Can I ask what's this?" he said while raising the device. You stop your movement, your face show an expressionless face. You return your gaze to your hand.

" It's nothing. Just leave it there."

" Okay, I'll come back here, perhaps? If you okay with it I mean."

You dry your wet hands with the napkin beside the sink, you look at him with a smile on your face.

" Sure." you did enjoy his company. But it makes you feel like you troublesome to him.

" I'll take my leave then, you should've rest." you signaling your hand means okay. Then he walk towards your door then left.

[Recess] 

Akaashi went to Yui class to have a talk about (y/n). He actually want to know more about the weird device that he found this morning. He thinks that Yui maybe know something because she seems like she know something that he don't.

" Thats maybe her detector."

" And why she has it?"

" Um, where can I start?"

(y/n) actually have been kidnapped and abused when she was little by her mother ex-fiancee. Because of revenge plus with those rare purples eyes. It cost 322,555 yen (equal to $3000 for a pair). It will be more expensive if it was sold on black market. [I have a research about the price, things what happen on black market i just guess it. Please dont think that I involved with these kind of thing] That one day they almost got an eye out from your head but your saved because the police arrived at the perfect time. After that, your parent got in divorce because your father thinks that you just a problem to his family but your mother think its not your fault. What the most worst thing is they arguing in front of a 12  years-old girl.

After got saved, you always try to attempt suicide because you think that you just a burden to the world. Your mom got you to meet a therapist and got home-schooled. After your mental condition got better, you got permission to finally go to a normal school under your brother watch. But after he finished his third year, you maybe got home-schooled again. [I've dont know if that how home-school works].

That the bracelet that she got on chapter 2 has a detector on it thats connecting to the device that Akaashi found this morning. You don't answer his question because you just think its not necessary for him to know your junk, not-need-to-know past. The rains pour heavily make him worried about you.

'She faced too much.'

He open your house door and enter since he got permission to do so this morning. Its shocked him to know that the door doesn't locked. He saw a wet plastic filled with food at the living room. The floor also wet. He went to your room and saw you trying to dry your hair. But your movement is slow because you feel weak.

" How?"

" I went to outside to buy some food. Then suddenly rain start to pour." he sighed with your statement. He put down his bag then take the towel from your head. He gently dry your head. After done, you lean yourself to his chest. He place his hand on your head.

" (y/n), your burning again." you hum in response. He bring you to the bed and lay you down. He leave the room to get some wet towel to cool down your head. He return with a cloth and place it on your forehead.

" You could go home and leave me be. I don't want to trouble you."

" I can't see you like this. After what I know what happened to you."

" Please don't. Its a pain to know." you pulls the blanket to cover your whole body.

" I'll help you. To live in a world where you should have."
