Chapter 13

The second day. (y/n) is still sick because of her weak immune system. Rain pouring heavily forcing Akaashi to stay at her house. He can wear her brother clothes for a while he stays there. He told his mother that he will stay at (y/n) house since the rain seems like doesn't stop for an hour or few.

 Akaashi and (y/n) is finishing their homework given by their teachers. Yui gave (y/n) homework to Akaashi knowing that he will visit her best friend again today.

[(y/n) POV]

You place your head on the table. You kind of can't understand what the subject is. Now your head hurts like hell with a headache from your fever and your homework. Akaashi realised it when he sees you covering your whole body with your (f/colour) blanket.

" You should stop for now. We both know that you're sick." you hum in response. You lay yourself behind on the floor. Akaashi sit beside you then he places his hand on your head, checking your temperature.

" You hotter than this morning."

" It is because of that damn homework," you said.

" I told you that you shouldn't have to do it today."

" But sleeping the whole day is boring. Why do I have a weak immune system? Ughh, I hate being sick." he just hums then giving his attention back to his work. You adjust your body to sit up and place your head on the table.

" A (f/plushie) would be nice. Or a chocolate pocky. "

" You seems needy when you sick. "

" Sometimes I wanted to be out of character too." he just hums in response while doing his homework.

" Akaashi stop doing your homework and play with me."

" You need to rest, ms.easy-to-sick-and-take-a-few-days-to-recover-from-a-slight-fever" he said while flicking your forehead follow by an 'ow' from you.

" I know that I'm weak but can you just leave your homework for a while then play with me." he ignores you. But you're so boring right now and would find anything to entertain yourself. It's not wrong to be childish sometime, right? 

" Do you want to build a snowman?"

"It's not even snowing. "

" Akaashi-san, you don't know this song?!"

" Is that a song?" you give him a helpless face. His gaze still at his paper.

" I was a girl in the village doing all right."  you just want to sing to get rid of your boredom.

" Then I became a princess overnight?" but you didn't expect him to continue it.

" You actually know this one?!" You ask, almost screaming. But your hurt throat makes you cough a few times after that. He quickly grabs the water on the table and give it to you.

" Y-yeah. Bokuto-san sometimes open the song when we hang out."

" Oh. He addicted to that song because I played it nonstop when we were little." remembering some cute childhood memories, you accidentally remembered the dark one. Your smile turned down. You hit your head several times.

'Ugh, why is my mind always remembering those dark memories.'

Looking at Akaashi who's still doing his homework, you pull your knees to your chest and plant your face in it.

" Hey Akaashi,"

" Yeah?"

" If you know the whole story, you should have known what the tablet for right?" a silence fill for a moment then Akaashi speak.
