"Where's my foundation Abby?!" sceamed my older sister Kate. I hated that everytime she loses something she presumes it was me. It's the first day of school in this unfamiliar town. Stupid Dad always getting promotions, he's got put up a position and is now head of a law firm in a small town in Pensylvania called Lancaster [it's actually a real town- google it] making our family move halfway accross the country from my hometown of Colorado. I already knew I wasn't going to fit in with my ghostly skin and face of freckles. I wish I had the body of Kate- she's could pass as the twin of Kendall Jenner but with the adittude of Kim.

"You find it, it's not like I would have used it, there's no reason for it!" I yelled back in reply to my slightly aggitated sister. I truly didn't belive in makeup.

"Yeh there is, because unlike you, I have respect for my body and the guys that lay eyes upon me. So just because you don't want to cover up your gross face, doesn't mean I can't for my beautiful one. You know what I would be nice and do your makeup for the first day to make it a portion better for you but I think a paper bag would help wayy better." My jaw dropped in astonishment of how rude my own sibling was being.

"Jesus Christ, stupid slut" I mumbled to myself so Kate wouldn't hear. I walked out of the room in silence trying to cover my feelings. From that moment I knew this year was going to be hard.

I checked the time and realised I only had 10 minutes to get ready before the bus came to pick us up. I ran into my closet and threw a plain black muscle tee with a ladder of rips down the back, black skinny jeans and my black vans onto my bed to get changed into. I gave myself a once over in the mirror before grabbing a stack of wristbands to wear and my bag. I didn't bother to brush my hair instead I threw it up into a messy bun and let my small pieces of fringe fall out.

"BUS IS HERE!" I called out to Kate as I approached the kitched and heard the sound of the bus honk outside.

"Ok, does this look like something boys will drool over or not?" She questioned me, her mint green pumps clonking on the stairs. She was dressed in a skin tight black dress that ended just before her ass.

"Are you even allowed to wear that to school or have you just lost your dignity?" I was genuinley confused to her decision on attire.

"Good that means it's perf" she actually giggled while saying it. She sprinted to her Gucci handbag and out the door; somehow not breaking her ankles. She quickly came bak to the door to sarcastically say "Nice outfit" before running back out.

I glanced up at the old. mouldy stone building that was my new school. It was something you would see in a horror movie.

I walked up the steps; waiting for Kate only to find that she had already started strutting her stuff past the group of stoners sitting to to side of the building. She would never get with any of them- she only did this to make sure every guy was weak at the knees for her. I'd once seen what she does when it comes to the hot jocks... Wow.

I continued my dreaded journey to the flooded hallway of students, trying to squeeze into the mounds of teenagers and find my way to the office. I was tripped by some big guy who walked away laughing, making me drop to the floor and practically get trampled on. And as cheesy as it sounds a hand appeared in front of me- in which I grabbed and instantly retained balance.

"Thanks..." I mumbled to the tall figure standing in front of me. I started to walk away when:

"Don't mention it bub. What's your name?"  I wouldn't have even looked back if it wasn't for his thick accent which was completley alien to me. I whipped completley round to get a good look at him, and boy was I happy I had. He had the most beautiful blue eyes that just mesmerised me, a blonde quiff that was obviously very well maintained. He had a misfits jumper on along with black skinny jeans and black converse. Hot af.

"Errrr...Ummm... My names Abby... What about you?" I cussed silently to myself for being such a dork.

"Haha I'm Luke, Luke Hemmings" I hated the fact that he laughed at me, but I figured it was better than him just walking away which is what I expected.

"Smooth Agent 007, smooth." I tired my best to be normal and kinda sorta flirt.

"Damn! Usually girls don't pick that up... maybe your just too good." He winked at me, I HAVE NEVER BEEN WINKED AT BEFORE OH MY FUCKING GAWD!

"Phht I doubt that..." I knew I was right, I know i'm nothing special or 'good'.

"Don't you dare even say that missy." and with that stern tone of his I just shrugged.

"Where is the office?" we both said in unison; making us both laugh.

"I guess we're both new then, Mrs All American."

"I guess we are Aussie boy, I guess we are"

-

We found the office after a while of wondering around the hallways and departed due to the fact we had different classes. Maybe year eleven won't be so bad after all...
