"That's it," Camila turns to look at Lauren.
"That's it?" The green-eyed girl asks.
"Yup and now I'm leaving, bye," The brunette leaves out the door, closing it behind her.
Thunder trots in and tilts his head. "She left boy," Lauren says and walks upstairs. She enters Autumn's room and picks her up gently due to the feeding tube. She grabs a bottle of milk Camila left and connects everything. She feels up the container with the milk and presses the small button on the machine. It beeps meaning that it's starting to feed the milk to her. Lauren's phone rings and Camila's name flashes across the screen. Lauren grabs the device and answers the call.
"Hi, baby!" Lauren chirps.
"So... How's it going?" Camila asks.
"Calmly. She's eating right now," Lauren responds.
"Okay good, I'll be home later. Good luck, I love you!"
"I love you too." Lauren hangs up as beeping starts to sound from the feeding machine. She turns everything off and unplugs the extended wire from the one attached to Autumn's stomach. She tucks the feeding tube under her clothes and picks the small baby girl in her arms. The green-eyed girl walks downstairs where the dogs are waiting by their bowls. Lauren grabs the dog food for Cleo and slowly pours some food onto her bowl carefully holding onto Autumn. The green-eyed girl fills Thunder's bowl next and fills the other two empty ones with water. As the dogs are eating the green-eyed girl is making breakfast for herself.
------------
The entire day Lauren had to change Autumn's diaper, feed her, put her down to sleep, and entertain her by sometimes singing to her. While with the dogs they tried to lick at Autumn or in any way see or touch their sister.
"Thunder let it go," Lauren directs the German Shepherd which is holding onto Autumn's blanket in his mouth. Thunder pants not even budging to let go of the blanket. Lauren hears the front door open and she peers over to it.
"Hi!" Camila comes into her view. The brunette kisses Lauren on the cheek and sees the frustrated look on her fiancee's face. "What's wrong?" She asks.
"Thunder has Autumns blanket," Lauren groans frustratingly.
Camila kneels down in front of the dog and scratches behind his ear. "Come on let it go boy your sister won't be able to sleep if she doesn't have it," Camila talks softly. The big dog tilts his head and slowly puts down the blanket. Camila pats his head and grabs the blanket before he can. She stands up and hands the blanket to Lauren. "Your welcome," She whispers their lips touching as she spoke.
"Thank you," Lauren smiles. She pinches Camila's chin bringing her face even closer.
Camila gives the green-eyed girl a quick peck and smiles brightly. "I love you," She nuzzled her nose in the crook of the green-eyed girl's neck.
"I love you too," Lauren strokes the brunette's hair. "Come let's go put Autumn to sleep she missed you," Lauren whispers in Camila's ear.
Camila pulls away and kisses Lauren on the cheek. "Let's go then I want to see my little girl," The brunette takes Lauren's hand and practically runs upstairs. The brunette drops off her bag in their room and opens the door to Autumn's room. The beeping of the machine echos through the house. Camila unplugs it from the feeding time attached to her belly and tucks it away. "Hey, baby!" She strokes Autumn's cheek. Autumn holds her hand up and grips her mother's index finger in her small palm. Camila smiles and strokes her small hand.
Lauren wraps an arm around Camila's waist, rests her chin on her shoulder, kissing her neck sweetly. "I always dreamt of this," She speaks softly.
"Really?" Camila giggles lightly.
"Yeah..." Lauren smiles squeezing Camila's waist.
"From everything that came back to me, I guess we both wanted it, am I right?" The brunette turns to face Lauren.
"Right," Lauren smiles caressing the girl's waist.
"We had such fantasies that came true," Camila rests their foreheads together.
"And the rest of our fantasies will come true as well," The green-eyed girl touches the engagement ring on the brunette's left ring finger.
"Hell yeah they are," Camila caresses the back of Lauren's neck.
Lauren kisses the brunette deeply as she brings her even closer. Thunder and Cleo nuzzle their heads against both girls' legs making them smile against their kiss. Autumn burbles happily at her parents. The two parents smile down at their daughter and gently stroke her cheek.
