"Ara come on we need to leave now if we wanna get into the plane on time" my best friend, Calista, groans for the fourth time.

"Calm down Rosie it's only 6 and our flight leaves at 12, we still have loads of time" I call to her, knowing how much she hates when I call her by her middle name.

"Arabella please hurry" my big brother, Kaden, says, begging me to hurry with my packing.

I'm a big procrastinator you know? I save everything for the last minute and this time, I had decided to leave packing my bags to the last minute.

Calista's mom and my mom are best friends. They did everything together and even planned both of their pregnancies to be together so their children would be the same age.

First came Calista's brother, Ace, and a month later my brother, Kaden arrived. The next year, I and Calista followed.

They raised us to be best friends as well as our older brothers.

For my birthday, Calista's parents and my parents had collectively bought 4 tickets to go to the Bahamas.

"Belle, I don't even want to go but you're really persuading me to leave right now and go home to sleep," Ace says as he lays on my bed, his sunglasses covering his honey brown eyes.

"Ace who doesn't wanna go to the Bahamas" kade calls. " and that for free too, don't be ungrateful" Calista finishes for him.

"I'm not ungrateful I just have a lot more important things to do here." He mumbles.

"Like what? Smoke weed, do lines, and fuck bitches?" I roll my eyes at him. We all knew the real reason he didn't want to go was that he didn't want to lose his bitches back here.

He raised his middle finger at me and continued to slumber on my bed.

I packed the last of my clothes and zipped the suitcase up.

"And I'm done" I cheer.

"Finally! Let's go" Kaden says barging into my room to grab my suitcase.

We all follow him out of the room into a small Uber with just enough room for our 4 bags and us. Ace sandwiches himself between me and Calista while kade sits beside the driver to give directions.

The car ride passes quietly and Quickly and before we knew it we were already through baggage check and waiting in the waiting room with an hour to spare.

"See Calista, I told you we'd get here early anyway," I said motioning to the room around us. She looks up from her phone and rolls her eyes at me before continuing what she was doing.

After a couple more minutes of waiting a flight assistant's voice fills the room.

"Good afternoon passengers. This is the pre-boarding announcement for flight 89B to Freeport, The Bahamas. We are now inviting those passengers with small children, and any passengers requiring special assistance, to begin boarding at this time. Please have your boarding pass and identification ready. Regular boarding will begin in approximately ten minutes time. Thank you."

We watch as families and people in wheelchairs walk past us.

After more waiting, we finally board the plane.
I take my seat beside Calista and Ace and Kade day a couple of rows down.

I got comfortable in my chair and watched a little Netflix as we lifted off and were in the air. I hated not being able to sleep on planes because of times like this where 60% of the plane was asleep and I was yawning like shit but still couldn't sleep.

Around 1 am, Calista had already fallen asleep but she suddenly woke up and ran to the restroom. I followed her worried kneeled beside the toilet with her to help back her hair and she vomited.

I patted her back for a good 2 minutes before she got up. "You good babe?" I ask concerned for her. Cal simply nodded before turning on the sink to gargle some water.

I felt a presence behind me and turned to see Ace standing by the door. When did he get here?

"Let her switch seats with me," he says.

Although we were in a plane and there was no sunlight whatsoever, his tinted sunglasses glasses were on making it impossible to see his mesmerizing hazel green eyes behind them.

"Huh," I say stunned. I want to say it was because of the time and the fact that I was really tired at this point and unable to comprehend his words but that's only part of it.

"Callie can sit in my seat and I'll sit in hers because my seat is closer to the washroom," he says, slowly enunciating his words.

I guess he realized how stunned I still was. "In case it happens again," he says and I knew he was rolling his eyes behind the sunbeams.

"Ohh" I utter feeling dumb.

We lead Calista to sit beside Kade's sleeping body. I roll my eyes, envious of his ability to sleep in moving vehicles.

I take my seat once again beside the window and watch as Ace sits beside me.

"Are you gonna sleep?" He asks, taking off his sunglasses for the first time all day.

"No" I reply curtly wanting to resume watching my Netflix.

"Mhm ok, suit yourself," he says and suddenly lays his head onto my shoulder.

"Ace what the fu-" I'm cut off by his hand.

"Shhhh" he whispers and soon his soft snores are heard from beside me.

Calista woke up a couple more times after that but Sir Ace and King Kaden were too deep in their slumber to notice.

At 5 am the plane starts its descent and I grip onto my seat. This is the worst part. I shut my eyes and feel something rubbing your hand. I slowly open one eye to see Ace rubbing my hand, his eyes full of worry.

"You good?" He asks with a frown. I nod and pull my hand away from him.

I realize the plane was already on the grownups so I stand to get my carry on. I hand Ace Calista's bag when I see an old lady struggling with getting her bag down in the seat in front of us.

"Hey ma'am, can I help you?" I asked standing in front of her.

"Why thank you, sweetheart, yes you can." She says moving out of the way. "These bags are so heavy I don't even remember what I packed." She says and I laugh as I hand her bag.

I walk back to my own seat to get my bag and see that Ace had sat back down. I poke his cheek and see his eyelids flutter back open.

"You two are such an adorable couple," the lady says. "Oh we aren't-" I start but a smirking Ace cuts me off. "Thank you, ma'am, my girlfriend, here is such a sweetheart isn't she?" He says pulling me onto his lap.

"Yes, she is." She smiles and I return it while internally cringing. "Well I'm gonna get going," she says and begins walking away and I pull out of Ace's lap and use all my strength to punch him in the chest.

He groans loudly and I smile.

"What the fuck Belle," he says, his low voice causing me to flinch.

"Fuck you," I say and walk away.

I hear him mutter something under his breath and I roll my eyes.

"I bet you want me to"
