" Good morning mama"

I heard Nafeesarh's voice from mama's room. It's a Wednesday morning and I just finished cooking breakfast for mama and cleaning the house up. We are having morning lectures and I think that explains seeing Nafeesarh early in the morning.

" Morning my dear, how's your mother" mama said.
" She's fine Alhandulillah, she said I should extend her greetings " Nafeesarh said.

" Alhamdulillah, greet her too please " Mama answered her.

" Heys! don't tell me you're not yet done, you know we are having that mad man this morning " I heard Nafeesarh's voice.

When did she get here?
Is she a ghost or something.

" Am talking to you and you're thinking about what? Your Prince charming or what". She said rolling her eyes. " maybe probably he's still riding on a tortoise " she added sarcastically.

I huffed out air dramatically.

" For your information, he's coming soon and he's riding on a horse" I said eyeing her.

" who's the lucky guy " she said giggling.
I wonder if this girl is pregnant with all the mood swings what nots.
" Which lucky guy" I asked her
" you better stop dreaming and stand up let's go, we have just 30 minutes" I added.

" You're a kill joy" she said pouting.

"Whatever"

" Hey please, can I sit here" A voice said behind us.
We are currently sited in the Cafeteria waiting for our next lecture.

" Yes, why not" Nafeesarh answered the guy that asked us.

He's cute, that was the first thing that came to my mind.
" My name is Farhan, we are in the same department but I don't know if you have noticed it" he said at once.

" No, but nice to meet you " I finally said." Nice to meet you" Nafeesarh added.

" Nice to meet you girls too" The farhan guy said smiling.

" If you don't mind please can we be friends, I have noticed you girls for a long time now" he said smiling softly.

He smiles too much!!

" You're welcome" we answered back.

"Ya Hayrah, Ya Nafee, welcome back" Nafeesarh's 18 years old sister said to us as we entered the house.

" Suhayla, How're you " I said to her.
" Am fine fah" she answered.

" Let's go inside" Nafeesarh said dragging me with her.

" Am tired" I said whining.

" You better don't try sitting, carry your lazy ass you're escorting me to the mall to buy groceries for umma" she said.

" whatever since it's umma, let's go".

" Yoo girl"!! I heard someone said, I turned around and it was Na'im, Safna's cousin. We are currently at the mall with Nafeesarh, she went to get something while am here waiting for her.

" Na'im, how have you been " I said smiling.

" you can remember my name, I thought you have forgotten about me" he said dramatically.

Is he not related to Nafeesarh? Because Ya Allah they have many things in common.

I smiled cheekily "how can I forget you"
"Girl, don't make my head bigger I know you can forget me"he said chuckling.

" Am soo sorry, I kept you waiting but look...... "She trailed off when she saw I was with someone.

" ohh hey" she said shyly.

Are you kidding me? Nafee and shyness, well they don't even suit together.

" Hello, how're you" he answered smirking.

OK now what's going on.

" Hayrah, let's get going am done already " she said taking my hand with her.
" Not to fast, let me drop you guys off" Na'im volunteered.
" Are you sure, I can see you're busy" I said to him.
" No,it's my pleasure actually " he said smiling.

We left for his car and Nafeesarh made me to sit at the front, the car was eerily silent.

" So what's up" he asked turning to look at us not concentrating on the road. " you want to kill us, please concentrate on the road" Nafeesarh shouted her eyes widely opened, "I don't want to die please, I haven't seen my great grandchildren" she added still horrified.

" Calm down lioness, do not attack me" he said laughing at her expression, I couldn't help but join him too.

"Did you just call me Lioness" she asked him unbelievably.

" No I didn't", he said

" Yes you did"

" No I didn't"

"Yes you did"

"No I didn't"

"Yes you did"

" No i didn't"

" Yes you did and don't try that again".They kept arguing until the sensible one decided to end it.
Is she even the sensible one, I don't think so.

" OK ma'am" he said chuckling.
" So Hayrah, am dropping you at their house" he asked me after their small session which I found funny.

" Yes I have to get my things there"I answered him.
"But I haven't seen you at Safna's house since the time we met" he said looking at me briefly.
" Yh, Hajiya told me they are travelling, so she gave me two days off but am resuming tomorrow " I said looking at him.
" Lioness why are you quite" he said to Nafeesarh who was quite all this while.
" I told you that's not my name " she said eyeing him.
" But you never told me your name" he said amusedly.

" The name is Nafeesarh please"
" But I can't call you that, it's my mother's name " he said beaming.
" Then call me any other thing, but not Lioness".

" OK what about Baby" he said

" Eew no", she answered scrunching her nose.

" Sweetheart "

"OK then Lioness it is" he said shrugging.

" why must it be Lioness" she said looking at him.
" Because it fits your character " he said rolling his eyes.

Ya Allah Nafeesarh is already rubbing it on him.

Finally!!!

I sighed heavenly as he parked in front of the house.
Because honestly am already fed up with their bickering like Cat and rat.

" Thanks for the ride, I really appreciate " I thanked him.

" thanks and I wish never to see you again" Nafeesarh said rolling her eyes.

" Your wish Lioness, your wish " he said smiling softly at her.

I dragged her inside while Na'im left, he asked to drop me home but I rejected because am not going back now. And I called mama earlier informing her about it.
