~ Chapter 8 ~

"Soheel, let's use a matching ribbon, which one do you prefer? the blue one or the yellow one" I shove a pair of ribbon to his sleepy face jokingly, he looks startled but answer right away

"The yellow one looks nice"

"Hmm okay" I gave the ribbon to the maid who was combing Soheel hair and tied mine myself, as usual, I take my leave first and greet father in his chamber, yesterday the brothers come back and all of us would have our first meals of the day in the king palace.

The King was furious after the accident regarding Magnus and Mike, well it's to be expected because he loves the two of them very much. The reason his third husband targeting me and Soheel is because he knew the king and father don't hold any affection anymore, and also the fact that me and Soheel would be the first in line to the throne.

"What a joke, the king doesn't even care about us"

I laughed at the word that comes out of my mouth, he had nine children for fuck sake, of course, we are the replaceable ones.

Not long, I arrive at my father's chamber and knock at his front door. The maid opens the door and inside I see father graciously sipping his chamomile tea.

"Good morning father" I run to his side like a nine years old should to their parents, he chuckle and make a room for me to sit on beside him.

"You look happier than usual, my love"

"Yes, I can't wait to meet Maison and Maya's brother" it's been eight years since I last saw them, even Maison has a vague memory about them, it would have been weird if I act as I remember them.

"They are your brother too and an extremely kind one"

I nodded to father and cuddles myself on his warm body. The maid serves me the usual drink, father told me it's sweet nectar especially for kids that already develop magic at an early age. After our training with the deity, we don't need to consume this anymore.

"How was your study?"

"It's fun, Miss Ari and the other is super duper kind"

"Miss Ari asks me to add another instructor for you, are you okay with that?"

"Yes, the more the marrie-" suddenly father hugs me from the back

"Aren't you tired? If we add another one it would be seven in total, Soheel and Maya don't even have that much"

To be honest except the ethic instructor, I enjoy most of my study, this new world is fascinating and I don't have anything to do besides study and plays around all day.

"Nope, I want them"

"If you insist, I will arrange it right away for you"

"Can I have another fill of sweet nectar, please?"

"After breakfast, okay?"

Knock knock knock

A gentle knock followed by the sound of the door opened steals our attention, Soheel comes in and close the door, he walks in lazily with his bunny doll around his arms, his fluffy red hair stood at the most about him, the ways it still looks fluffy even though it has been combed are pretty funny sometimes, he lunges himself to father and looks up at us.

"Father, for what again that we have to dress up this morning?" his long eyelashes flutters up and down hiding that pretty gems of his, as always I can't take my eyes off him.

"To meet your brothers," said father with his hand telling Soheel to sit on his other knee "Are you asleep again after dressing up? your cloth look crumpled here"
