Lost Hope

New York Day 1

Manha's POV

I woke up to the sun rays passing through the windows "wake up Manha day 1 in New York begins now" I got out of bed went to freshen up took shower and got dressed it was my sisters birthday so I called her

Me: hey sis

Sis: hey Baji

Me: happy birthday to you love

Sis: thank you baji I want my gift

Me: aww you will get it when I visit Pak or when you vist me here

Sis: Baji how's your trip in New York so far

Me: I just woke up have a meeting g at 11:00 am so let's see

Sis: ohhh all the best Baji

Me: ok now I have to go I'll talk to you guys later byee!!!

I hu g up the phone and there was a text from Waqas that said " morning Sweety I hope you're awake by now I just woke up and looking forward to meet you give me a call when you can!!"

I had a huge smile on my face I picked up my laptop and my purse and went downstairs for breakfast, Dean and Jillian were already there so I joined them in

Sean: so guys we have to leave for the meeting in an hour and we have the evening to our selves so what do we do

Jillian: let's go put and have fun

Me: um guys I would love to but I have to

Jillian cuts me off and says

Jillian: yeah we know you have to meet Waqas right

Me: yeah

I got my breakfast and we ate it and then left for the meeting.

Waqas's POV

I woke up and texted Manha about meeting her and that to call when she gets time, since she didn't call I l ew she was busy so I took a shower had my breakfast and left for work.. I called Nosh Api on my way to work to ask her that if she wants to meet Manha tonight?

Nosh Api: yeah bro

Me: Api do you want to meet Manha tonight?

Nosh Api: yeah I would love to is she available though?

Me: she she is, she already told me that she was only busy for 3 days during afternoons

Nosh Api: yeah ok so will you bring her home?

Me: Api I don't know you haven't talked to Mama and Baba yet

Nosh Api: do one thing bring her over to my house I'll call Rabia, Ambreen and Maria over and then we'll meet her and I'll talk to Mama And Baba ok

Me: yeah sounds like a plan

Manha's POV

We finished the first half of the meeting

And walked out of the room and discussed about it and headed to the lunch room

Sean: this is going g to be successful

Me: yeah it went well I mean more than I expected it would

Jillian: yeah totally

We then started eating lunch I quickly finished mine and excused and walked outside and I called Waqas but he didn't answer it so I tried again and he didn't pick it so I left a text on his phone saying " I was onunch break miss you looking forward to meet you on the evening. Love you" and went back in.

Waqas's POV

I checked my phone and there were 2 missed calls from.Manha and a text I read the text and when I saw the time it was from an hour ago I was so busy that I did t even know that she called.. Ieft a text on her phone because I knew she would be in the meeting "hey yaar sorry I was unae to answer the call was really busy and yes  to looming forward to meeting you in fact want to talk to you about it give me a call when your free...

Hussain's POV

Lucky Waqas Manha is in New York they get to celebrate her birthday together I hole they have fun but I soo wished we could join in the fun no worries sari kasar shadi par puri ksroo ga (I'll fulfill all my desire at there wedding) I logged onto Facebook and saw a post from Safa and Aqueelah haha these girls ate just adorable cutest ever seriously I replied to there posts "looking forward to meet you girl I'm sure we will have lots of fun at the upcoming wedding " I just finished the rey to her and received a tweet from Isma it was an edit she made and it had some poetry written on it and itvsaid that she wrote it herself it was beautiful I repluef her " oh wow these words are beautiful just lime you I'm really thankful for this and simy love it"

Manha's POV

We finished off the meeting and walked out of the room we were exhausted I checked my phone and read the text from Waqas and called him back

Waqas: hey how are you

Me: (in a tiring voice) hey I'm good you tell?

Waqas: awww you sound exhausted

Me: yeah the meeting was so tiring

Waqas: how did it go?

Me: it went well acha you wanted to talk about tonight what's up?

Waqas: yeah actually we're going over at Nosh Api's house today she's called Rabia Api and her husband, Ambreen and Kmran Bhai and Bhabi they all want to meet you and then she's going to talk to mama and baba

Me: really omg!! I'm nervous

Waqas: aww don't be you've already talked to them on phone

Me: yeah but still meeting them in person for the first time and then your brother and brothers in law, would be there too

Waqas: aww dont worry I'll be by your side ok don't worry

Me: ok that helps

Waqas: ok I'll pick you up at 7 ok be ready

Me: ok I will

He hung up and we were on our way to the hotel as soon as we reaches the hotel I went up to my room freshen up and laid down on my bed for a while them I got up and took put my clothes I knew I was going to meet his family that's why I had brought eastern clothes with me I took put my dress and started to get ready.

So yes she is in New York and is soon vkinv to meet Waqas's family what do you guys think would happen a d how will the Waqas's parents react to this??
