Fake Date

I walked around the Forum, looking for the exit. I opened one door, and realized it was a storage room. I opened another, and a men's bathroom had me rushing out.

I walked around for maybe another hour, lost. It felt like I was going in circles, and there was no way out.

"April, are you lost?" A voice so familiar questioned.
I turned around, and there stood the one and only, Michael Clifford.

"No. Yes. Maybe," I didn't know what to say since Michael Clifford knew my name and said it. I could fangirl any moment now.

"Well can I be of any assistance?" he chuckled.
"You could tell me how to escape this maze."
"Of course."

He walked in a slow pace, looking as if he were buying time. I followed him into a room, very confused.

"Michael, this isn't the exit," I said the obvious.
"I know," he sounded nervous all of a sudden.
"May I ask why you brought me here then?" I asked, still confused.
"Can we first take a seat?" He pointed to the couch in the middle of the room. I nodded, but I didn't notice what the room consisted of until now. It looked like a regular lounge, probably used for relaxing by celebrities.

"So..?"
"I uh.. would like to ask if you were to be available this Sunday night," his eyes were focused on his shoes, but his words were pointed to me.
"I-I'm available," I'm at loss of words. Michael Gordon Clifford is pretty much asked me on a date. Whhaaatttt...
"Great. I'll pick you up at 8?"
"Yeah," I said as a huge grin plastered on my face and to his, too.

Unexpectedly, Michael looked at me straight in the eyes and said, "I'm sorry, but you just got pranked."

I didn't even know I'd switch roads and bump into this end of the street. That totally did not make sense.

I got back from Vegass, but I'm still sick :(
It's 1:39 AM here and I'm wearing koala pajamas. 😂
