The sun is shining through the window, landing directly on Dylan's face, waking him up. He looks at Kyle to see if he's still asleep and, since he is, he takes the phone to check notifications. As soon as he opens it and sees 2 lost calls from Abigail, he remembers that last night he didn't have signal and forgot to contact her when he got back. He notices he has a new email from her as well, saying that she tried calling both, him and Kyle, but without any success so she emailed him to ask if they are fine because she was getting worried.

"Hey, you're awake already." mumbles Kyle still being half asleep.

"Morning, sleepyhead! Come here, Aby sent us a message." Kyle gets next to Dylan and reads.

"Hey I'm not giddy" says him, making an angry kid face. "Whatever, tell her I said hi. Also wish them good luck."

"Okay, okay... and send. Done." says Dylan smiling at Kyle. "We should get up, come on."

"What nooo! I don't want to." says Kyle as he lays in bed, stretching like a cat.

"Well then take this!"

Dylan hits Kyle with his pillow and suddenly a whole pillow fight starts, feathers flying all around them as they both laugh and fall back on Dylan's bed.

"Hey... you know how I always say that I'll make it up to you everytime something happens?" asks Dylan in a oddly calm tone for him. Kyle stops laughing and looks at him.

"Yeah, but I don't actually expect you to do it, I guess I just like hearing it. Guess it's enough for me." says Kyle with a slight sad smile.

"I've been acting like a jerk multiple times and I think it's time for me to make up for it." pauses a little "So guess what I just bought." Dylan smirks, pulling out two tickets to a concert from his phone case. Kyle freaks out.

"Oh my God!! Don't tell me... ."

"Yup, your favourite band is playing next week so I've been working overtime for a while now to get enough money to buy them for you. I bought two so we can go together. What do you say?."

"OF COURSE! I'm so happy, I love you so much!" yells Kyle in excitement and hugs Dylan so tight he can't breath.

"Told ya, I'll make it up to you. It's gonna be great." laughs Dylan. "Now how about we make some food and watch a movie today huh? I don't have any motivation to go out today."

"Sounds like a plan. Can I pick the movie though?" sayd Kyle, still smiling from what just happened.

"Sure thing, prepare the room, I'll go make some breakfast."

The two boys spend the whole day together, binge watching shows, laughing and thinking about how the concert day next week it's gonna be the best. Finally growing closer and getting along, both of them go to sleep with the biggest smiles they ever had on their faces.
