Sanket Pov
We finished our lectures and met in the canteen. We were super hungry and were deciding what to eat. I saw aashna she was busy in her phone. Probably she was chatting with someone but whom? She had this big smile on her face while she was chatting.
I was like honey you want to eat something but she didn't reply. She was so lost in her phone she didn't even realise that I was calling her. I literally had to snap my fingers in front of her to get her attention and I said why are you lost I am calling you since past five minutes. She was like I am so sorry I was talking to someone and didn't realise you were calling me. I said okay and asked her if she wanted to eat something but she said no she had to leave for home because she had some work.
Before I could ask anything she just said bye to everyone took her bag and left for home in hurry. This left me in complete confusion as to what was happening why did she leave like that. I was worried and Arsh bhai saw it. He said don't worry she just went because she must be having some important work.
Just to cheer me and make my mood better manav bhai and tanzeel said we have some announcement to make. Everyone said what in unison. We are going to have second official couple of our group damnfam very soon.
Unnati:- Woww but who is the second official couple of our group damnfam
Manav bhai:- sanket and aashna. He is going to ask her today when we meet at her house for filming content.
Ashi:- Finally you guys accept that it is not only friendship but more than that.
Everyone cheered and were so happy they were all congratulating me. But I was scared I don't know why Something was not sounding correct. I asked them that should I ask her today or maybe wait for some more time? But they all said how much more time just say it or you may loose your chance. I felt they were right so I decided to ask her out today in the evening.
Aashna Pov
Oh my god this is finally happening I am in love and that to with my best friend. Should I confess it or not. No -No not now what if he doesn't like me back? what if he just consider's me as his best friend? What if I say and it messes up everything and I loose what I have also. I was just so confused I didn't know what to do.
Just then there was a knock on the door. I said come in and it was sanket I just ran towards him and hugged him. I asked him how do you do this? He said what? I replied how is it possible you always come to know that I need you. It's because I am your best friend I know you I understand you he replied. I smiled and said I want to tell you something he said ya-ya tell me
A:- ummm I think I have fallen in love.
S:- oh wow that's amazing (feeling excited) but who is it?
A:- my best friend
S:- (his voice started to break)
Okay but what is his name?
A:- his name is is.....
