Affectionate Louis

summary: louis is affectionate but clem teaches him some space.

Clem had met Louis and his group of friends a few days ago, when she switched schools.

They all were currently at her house, the group consisted with Marlon, Violet, Brody, Mitch, Willy, Aasim, Ruby, Omar, Ava, Marianna, Gabe, Sarah, Louis, and Clementine.

Clem had to admit, Louis was very cute. He was nice, gentle, funny, and carefree. She liked that about him.

While everyone was seated, the brunette went into the kitchen searching for a drink. She grabbed a soda, turning around while opening, when she completely turned around, she was inches from Louis' face.

"Hey Clem!" he cheerfully said. Out of shock she jumped back, spilling some of her drink on her shirt, quietly muttering "shit."

Grabbing a napkin. Clem cleaned up some of the drink that has spilled on her. "Oh, hey, Lou. Can you take a few steps back?" Louis nodded and obediently stepped back. She smiled slightly and moved out of the kitchen. "Are you coming?"

"Uh.." He trailed off. "Sure" he grinned.

Later on, Clem walked out the bathroom, wiping her hands on her black leggings. She rounded a corner, immediately running into Louis.

Clem yelled in surprise, clutching her chest. "Hey Clem!" The teen greeted again.

She sighed. and ran a hand through her curls, looking at her sneakers. "Hey Lou."

"I have a question." He steps forward, their noses barely touching. "Have you ever watched a Star Wars movie?"

"Um..." she mumbles, taking a step back. "No, I watched one movie and after that I didn't watch them again. They've so boring." The girl answered.

(this is actually a true story. i watched it once and i was either talking during or falling asleep. it was too boring.)

"Oh. Okay." He takes a few steps back, looking at the ground.

Clem notices his change of mood, a frown settling on her face. "Are you okay?"

Louis sadly sighs, "You don't want me close to you. I get it."

Clementine blinks, "No. That's not what I mean."

"Just.." she sighed. "Just come here." she opened a room door and sat him on the bed.

"Louis, I really like you. Like a lot." the brunette grinned at him. "I just need you to give me personal space you know?"

"I understand. My apologies." He stood up from the bed. "And I also like you. Like a lot."

A blush appeared on her face. Making him smile.

"Good to know."
