What if Natasha did know who Peggy Carter was?

We Can Relax, Maybe Not.

Finally the baby let out a cry and everyone especially Peggy and Natasha let out a sigh of relief. Once they checked baby's vitals they wrapped him up and placed him in Clint's arms, and dead on time there was a rumble that made the house and all it's content shake like an earthquake was happening but it wasn't an earthquake, no, it was Howard Stark arriving.

Natasha, Peggy and Mr Jarvis immediately went out to the front lawn to welcome Howard and to help him with his bags. as they were setting him up in the kitchen;

'Nat,Peg!!!!' Rose screamed from the bedroom and both ladies and Howards all shot up the stairs and into the bedroom to find Laura loosing more and more blood by the second and Rose elbow deep, covered in Laura's blood.

"We're giving her blood but she is just loosing it again, Howard what's the odds of this injection working?"

"Honestly Peg, very low I mean the only reason it worked on Natasha is because her black widow serum restarted her heart, and the only reason it worked on you was because you are a fighter and you are miracle. The question is, is Laura strong enough?"

"Laura is strong Howard but honestly this is going to be a very long and tough night, I'll dispose of the placenta and leave you three to clean her up and give her the injection."

"Good idea Nat also inspect the placenta to make sure it hasn't ripped and left part of it in her womb cause that could just complicate matters. Rose go and get Laura a clean outfit and clean bedsheets, Howard prepare the injection and I'll wash all the blood off of her."

Rose went to get Laura some clean clothes, Howard stayed by the bed watching Laura's sats and preparing the injection, Peggy went into the bathroom to get some warm wash clothes and towels, while Nat collected up the placenta and took it downstairs.

When she got into the kitchen she placed the placenta down on the table and put on a pair of gloves

"Nat, how is she?"

"She's lost a lot of blood but we know the full picture for a few hours, Clint." Natasha said with a soft smile and she began to inspect the placenta.

"What are you doing Little Red?" Tony asked

"I'm inspecting the placenta to make sure none of it ripped because if it did rip and there is a piece of it still stuck in the womb then that just complicates matters more."

Meanwhile back upstairs Rose had finished changing Laura and the bed sheets, and Peggy had finished cleaning Laura and they were just waiting of Howard to finish preparing the syringe, after around 10 minutes Howard had draw up the correct dosage and they were ready to inject Laura

"Heart rates steady as well as oxygen and blood pressure." Rose said

"Ok, will inject in 3,2,1." Howard injected Laura with the 'medicine' and they watched as her vitals remained, once they were clear and Laura was happily unconscious Peggy and Howard made their way back into the kitchen while Rose watched over Laura like a Hawk.

Once in the kitchen

"The placenta fully intact?"

"Yes Peg no ripped or missing pieces."

"Wonderful, Now would you two like to fill me in on what happened while I was not here."

Peggy and Natasha filled in Howard while the rest were admiring the new baby boy.

After filing Howard in they would periodically go up and check on Rose and Laura to make sure everything was smooth sailing. But little did they know that this was the calm before the storm.
