It was around 5am when Howard, Natasha & Peggy went to check on Laura. When they walked in they found Rose asleep in the chair she was sitting on, they left her asleep and just checked Laura's vitals. Once they were happy with her vitals they made their way back down stairs.
"How is she, Howard?" Clint asked
"Her vitals are stable and everything is looking good but we will know more when she wakes up."
By this time everyone was exhausted especially Peggy and Natasha, they hadn't slept since this entire ordeal started. At around 6:30 am Rose had woken up and called Natasha, Peggy and Howard upstairs as Laura was starting to wake up.
"Hey Laura, how are you feeling?"
"Honestly Nat, I feel like I've been hit by a truck."
"This is Peggy, Rose and Howard, they are part of the team." Natasha introduced them to her as she pointed at them respectively.
"Do you want to come downstairs? You can meet your new baby boy, and I think Clint, Tony, Steve, Bruce, Nick and Mr Jarvis will all be happy to see you."
"Yes please, but can I least look a little more presentable and what I mean is at least brush my hair ."
"Of course you can, Howard and Rose you go down stairs and make sure there's a chair for her and tell all the gentleman that she is coming downstairs while Nat and I help Laura get up."
Rose and Howard nodded at Peggy and left the bedroom while Nat was helping Laura out of the bed. Peggy went and got Laura's dressing gown and slippers while Nat brushed Laura's hair. Once Laura was satisfied with her appearance she allowed Peggy to lead the way down the stairs and into the Living room while Natasha was keeping her balanced. Once she was settled in the living room Peggy handed her, her baby son while Nat went into the kitchen to get everyone else and they all filed into the living room to see Laura.
After a few moments Tony asked "What are you going to name him?"
Laura looked at her husband and then at Clint and faced the Avengers and the Team and said "Nathaniel."
"What a lovely name." Steve replied
At around 8am Baby Nathaniel had gone down for a nap, Clint and Laura were sitting in the living room while everyone else was in the kitchen eating Breakfast.
IN THE LIVING ROOM
"Clint can you go and get Nat and Peggy for me please."
"Sure, are you okay?"
"Yeah I just want to go and lie on the bed."
Clint nodded and walked into the kitchen.
IN THE KITCHEN
Clint walked into the kitchen,
"Nat, Peggy Laura wants to go back up to bed, can you take her up?"
"Of course, Come on Peg and Rose you come as well since you can keep Laura company"
Peggy, Nat and Rose all left the kitchen and went into the living room to get Laura. As they were walking upstairs Peggy and Natasha noticed that Laura was really out of it so once they put her back into bed and made sure she was comfy they made their way back downstairs. But they had only stepped over the kitchen door threshold when they sound they didn't want to hear sounded...
