Lena's Pov.
After watching Supergirl fight with Lex, watching him fall to the ground I need that wouldn't be his exit, I need that wouldn't be his end. If there is one place he would go, I knew where it would be. So I got there before he did, and I was right.
"No more super powers for you!" I said sternly as I retracted the Harun'el from his body.
"L-Lena, how did you know I'd be here?" Lex asked, shocked that I'd shown up. I didn't answer him right away, I was trying to figure out the best way to say what I was going to say.
" I knew you would come here, this was your favourite place to be there was no way that you wouldn't come here" I said firmly.
"Okay, well will you put the gun down we both know you won't use it," he asked bitterly. I scoffed and rolled my eyes. He clearly didn't know me, my plans to kill him so that I can protect my friends, The family that actually cared for me and treated me for who I am and not with my name meant.
"Want to make something?" I said raising my eyebrow. The seconds later, The gun went off twice, firing two bullets into his chest. " you will never get to hurt my friends, my family, or anyone that I love ever again!"
"You would shoot me, your own brother, over your friends that you think are trust worthy?" He asked clutching his chest. I raise my eyebrows in question. He pointed a tiny remote at the TV behind him, and the video started playing of my best friend Kara Danvers, using heat vision to destroy pictures. And then it switched over to the video of the day L-Corp got attacked of Kara catching bullets with her hand and not a wound in site. "Kara Danvers...Is Supergirl. Hot tears fell from my eyes as I watched the person who I loved cared for, for years lie to me and betray me. I waited there until Lex took his final breath and then I left. On my way out the door I got a text from Kara.
3:13: 'Are you still coming to game night?' -xo Kara.
I ignored the message. I didn't know what to say to her, but that didn't stop her from sending more texts.
3:45: 'Where are you?'
4:02: 'I guess you're not coming than?'
'4:51: Please text me or call me saying if you're okay or not?'
Each text she sent she sounded more worried. I almost felt bad for her, but then I remembered how she's been lying to me since the day she met me. I headed to the store and picked up bottle of red wine and white wine. I was going to go to that game night, but Kara nor Alex were no longer people who are counted as friends or family to me.
