Surprise! Here is yet another BakuDeku fanfiction because I clearly have a problem😂 I originally wanted to do something like this as a one shot, but it wasn't possible due to everything I wanted to put in it. So, I created it here as a short story (10 chapters). They are twice as long as my usual chapters, so hopefully that makes up for it😁
One more thing before we start, I did write this entire thing in two and a half days, so go easy on me😂 Happy Reading😁❤"Ground Zero, thank you for joining us on such short notice." Aizawa said with a small smile as he looked to his former student that he hadn't seen since the day he graduated, eight long years ago.
"Our cases are related anyway, so it isn't a big deal." Bakugo replied with a simple shrug as he walked into the lobby of Red Riot's hero agency.
"Non the less, it is good to see you again." Aizawa said as he slowly made his way towards the elevator. The blonde followed as he looked around the massive building. The walls were painted white to complement the red marble flooring. Classic Shitty Hair. Bakugo thought to himself with a smirk as he stepped onto the elevator with his former teacher.
"Who all know's I am here?" Bakugo questioned as the elevator doors shut.
"Nobody." Erasure Head replied as he hit the level 20 button.
"You didn't tell anybody?" Bakugo questioned with shock as he looked to his former teacher, finally taking in his new features. He had aged quite a bit, but it was hard to tell. He looked almost the exact same as he did 8 years ago. The only difference was he looked more tired, if even possible.
"No." He replied simply. "I didn't want word to get out that America was going to be working with Japan. The Bleeding Streets would become suspicious if we started working together since they operate in both countries." He explained as the elevator stopped on the 20th floor, signaling it was time to step off.
"Who's all here?" Bakugo questioned as they stepped into the hallway that was almost identical to the lobby.
"Not too many people." He replied as he led them down to the end of the hallway. "We don't want the initial group to be too big at the moment. We can always add more hero's to the roster as time goes on." He explained as he set his hand on the door knob. "You ready?" Aizawa questioned with a smirk. Bakugo didn't respond as he stared straight at the door. He was feeling nervous to say the least. He was dressed in his hero costume, which hadn't changed too much from high school. The only major difference was his gauntlets. They were half the size if his original ones. Since he had a partner and they both had a sidekick, he didn't need to store as much. His blonde hair was still just as stubborn as always. It really only had one style, and that was a hot mess. It fit his personality after all, so it was completely fine.
"Here we go then." Aizawa stated as he gently pushed the door open. Bakugo took a deep breath as he watched the door open. The first thing he noticed was the walls and floor looked the exact same throughout.
"He's back." A bored tone said aloud from the middle of the table. "Who did you bring?" Bakugo froze to his spot as he heard that voice. It's a voice he had heard for three years, and it hadn't changed all that much.
"One of the number one hero's from America." Aizawa said with a smirk. Bakugo took this as his que and stepped through the doorway. "Ground Zero." Bakugo's eyes widened as he skimmed the table to see all familiar faces.
"Bakubro!" Kirishima shouted excitedly as his eyes landed on the man know as his best friend. The blonde showed a wicked smirk as their red eyes connected.
"Wait, did you just say one of the number one hero's?" Todoroki questioned from the middle of the table.
"We haven't heard from him in eight years and that's what you want to ask?" Uraraka questions as she sends Todoroki a death glare.
