Harsh words over chocolate pancakes. Chapter 5

3rd person pov

It was about 10:30 am when a familiar yellow mustache came walking into the sleeping cottage. He was looking around to see no one was awake. He walks into the oncelers room to find them both sleeping. Wow, he thought, they are so peaceful when they aren't ruining the forest. He rolled his eyes and walked to the kitchen and came back with 2 pots.

He stood in a chair and started violently clashing the pans together making greed jump up and into a ill beat your ass stance. Onceler was just sat up screaming.

"WHAT THE FUCK" he yelled looking around fast. "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?" The Onceler screamed at the Lorax, throwing his alarm clock at him. "HEY, beanpole I thought you told him I was coming?" He said jumping off the chair. Placing the pots on the chair before looking at greed.

"I-I did I just didn't expect you coming this early." He said sitting back down next to Oncie. "Well I didn't expect you to be sleeping this late. You used to wake up at 9 am every morning" the Lorax said walking into the kitchen, leaving them alone to get their selfs together.

Dumbfounded Oncie sits there confused that this creature is the 'friend' he's supposed to talk to. He zones out for a moment as greed stands up to go into the kitchen. Once looks at his alarm clock to see its 10:34, 'geez I do usually wake up earlier huh. Whatever, I need to see what he's on about' Oncie thinks. 'Oh and maybe put some pants on' he thinks standing up to realize he's only in his boxers.

He puts on a pair of sweat pants and looks in the mirror to fix his hair. As he fixes his hair, greed pokes his head in the door "hey Oncie, make some pancakes, will you. I'm starving. Thanks" he says then walks out.

Oncelers pov

Fine I'll make him some pancakes. I hope the Lorax likes pancakes. Maybe I'll make chocolate or maybe Truffula berry. I'll ask greed first.

Finally I finish fixing my hair. I walk into the kitchen to see greed pouring 2 cups of coffee and then walking to me and handing me one. "Thanks" I say sipping. "Truffula berry or chocolate pancakes today?" I say after walking to the counter to get the mix ready to cook.

"Hmm chocolate would be nice. We can talk over breakfast, right mustache?" He says looking at the orange creature. "Sure but I must say, I miss your pancakes greenbean" the Lorax says hoping into a chair at the table.

"Eh I stopped that a long time ago, I missed them myself" greed says sipping his coffee. Where did I put the chocolate? I think the freezer. I walk over and open the freezer. Yup! I knew it. Okay I better hurry or greed will get upset.

I mean I'm not really scared of him, but he has been scary a few time but since we got a bit closer he hasn't yelled at me in a while so I'm happy to not make him upset any day.

Time skip 3rd person pov

Oncie finished the pancakes and made 12 this time. He grabbed 3 plates and placed them in front of each person, placing the pancake plate in the middle. "Dig in, have as many as you'd like" Oncie says to the other two. "Gladly" greed says with a smirk picking out his pancakes.

"These are amazing beanpole, just like I remember them" the Lorax says with his mouth full of pancake. "I'm glad you like them, the recipe is from my great auntie" he says cutting off a piece and eating it. "I know, me and him had this same conversation kid" the Lorax says chuckling. "Oh right" Once says softly.

"So, what did you want to talk to the kid about, mustache?" Greed says finishing his pancake. "Well,' he said looking over at Once 'listen kid, what your doing is bad, and won't end well" he says putting down his fork and knife after finishing his pancakes.

"It's up to you Oncie, I can't change your mind on what you think is best." Greed says with obvious sorrow in his eyes. "What do you mean?" Onceler says looking from greed to the Lorax. "I mean, the trees, if you keep making these thneeds, it will destroy the whole forest and it won't end well for anyone" the Lorax says with a sad look on his face.

The Onceler was furious! "What! No! I'm not stopping! I'm sorry but I'll make it not bad. I won't cut the trees down. But I'm still going to make thneeds." Oncie says slightly yelling at the creature. He stood up and grabbed the plates to wash them. "I'm not changing my mind. It's making me money and it's successful, I'm not quitting now" he says as he washes the dishes.

The Lorax sighed "I was afraid of that, I brought green bean here back to stop this from happening but it didn't work. Just watch out kid" you could tell the Lorax was hurt. He thought he fixed it. He was wrong. He stood up slowly and started walking towards the door "I thought you'd stop him" the Lorax says stoping looking up at greed. "It's not my decision to make mustache" greed says standing up.

"Fine, I'll be out of your hair, but please beanpole don't ruin the valley." The Lorax says walking to the door waiting for greed to open it for him. Greed walks over and opens the door then closes it after he's gone. "Well Oncie, I'm glad you made a decision" he says walking up behind him wrapping his arms around the younger.

Oncie leans into the new warmth on his back as he finishes the dishes. "I don't want him raining on my parade. What's his problem?" He says turning around to face greed looking into his eyes. "I'm not sure, but he means no harm" greed says with a slight sigh.

They stand there in each other's arms for a moment before greed picks up Oncie and places him on the counter "G-greed, w-what are you doing?" Oncie says blushing. "Whatever you'd like, hun" greed says with lust in his eyes. Greed pulls his head close to once and slowly kisses and nibbles on his collarbone.

Oncie let out a soft moan of excitement as greed lifted up his shirt and put his head under in a sort of hug under the shirt. "G-greed, what a-are you doing under t-there?" Oncie says between choked moans while greed kisses and sucks on the youngers abdomen. "Your so warm, Oncie. It's like a heating pad under here." Greed says pulling his head out.

Greed looks up at Oncie's red flustered face. "Aww look at you, all flustered and shit" greed says with a smirk pulling him a bit closer by the shirt. He pulls his face to whisper in his ear "are you still hungry, Oncie?' He says pulling away a bit 'want a marshmallow?" Greed says with a soft chuckle.

He places one of the soft sugary snacks into his mouth still halfway sticking out. He slowly pulls their mouths together into a kiss with the other half of the marshmallow in his mouth. He make out for a moment as they both nibble the marshmallow until greed has his half and pulls away.

After greed eats his half and Oncie finishes his greed comes in close again and instantly pulls their lips together in a lustful kiss, grazing his tongue on the others bottom lip for permission to enter, which the other grants by opening his mouth. Their tongues whirl and move almost in sync with one another.

They continue like this until greed places his hand on the Onceler's member, which is still clothed. Oncie twitches at the touch and spreads his legs apart a bit more for the older. "Hmm, your liking this huh?" Greed says breaking the kiss only to reconnect for a mere second and lead his kisses down his neck and sucking on it.

Oncie let's out a choked out moan as greed yanks his pants and boxers down enough letting his member feel the cold air. But greed stopped touching it so Oncie looks down at him confused only to be met with him looking into his eyes. "W-why'd you stop?" Onceler says confused.
