It was New Year's Eve, the last day that they might all be together because it was their last year at college François Du Pont, Marinette being the kind soul she is decided to plan a surprise outing for her class to light firecrackers next to the Eiffel Tower she had been planning this for weeks getting a licence and dealing with all the legal things. On the last day of school Mrs.Bustier informed that a student had planned an outing.

Of course Layla the lier said "oh this was all me I planned it all" everyone believed her except for Mari and her friends, Alya, Nino,Adrien and even Chloe, they had gotten close once Laya showed up, Chloe could see right through her lies and instead started to befriend Marinette. Marinette wanted to call her out for her lie, but by now knew better she knew the respond she would get "stop lying Marinette your just saying that because you didn't plan it, how could you be so childish grow up Marinette, Marinette always lying to get people's attention" she didn't have the time and energy to deal with that, to think she could have been in Gotham right now to be by the side of her beloved demon spawn.

All the students were really excited for the event and praising Layla for planning it she sighed she then heard the voice next to her say "is little Marinette thinking of her Prince Charming" they giggled it was Alya the only ones in the school that knew she had a boyfriend were Alya and Chloe ,she still didn't tell them who he was though. "No" Mari nervously said, "so when are you going to see him again" Mari sighed " I was supposed to meet him today, he said that he would pick me up and we would go to Gotham and spend New Years there." "Gurl"she heard Alya start only to be interrupted by Chloe "this is rid-icul-ous Utterly rid-icul -ous you should have gone to see him and left the liar. No one even knew you planned it" Marinette started to regret how she even thought of planning it.

Marinette had gotten to the rendezvous place early so she could set things up and have some time for herself to think how the year went and what she would do with her life after school. She was in deep thought when the others arrived, starting with her friends and then her other classmates, surprisingly Layla came last.

Once everyone arrived Mari started to give everyone some hot chocolate. There was music playing in the background and candles and fairy lights were used to lighten up the atmosphere. But somethings were to good to be true Layla spilled hot chocolate on herself as Marinette passed by her. She yelled "ow Marinette how could you do this to me, how could you hate me so much this was my grandmothers dress and the hot chocolat burned my skin", at that comment the whole atmosphere changed she could fell people glaring at her, they started to insult her, Alya, Chloe,Nino and Adrien defending her.

She ran and sat away from the group of students, but still close enough to hear the comments they were making on her, she started crying when she heard the voice of a man behind her "something wrong sweet cheeks"she turned around to see Jason standing behind her, his white streak of hair in his face she chuckled when she saw him Dick and Tim were fighting behind her. "Gurl who's the guy" Alya asked in a flirtatious manner "oh this is Jason Damians brother" "wait" she said suddenly "if you three are here then-" she was cut off by a voice she knew well "where am I" he said smugly. The whole class stood in silence as they watched the guy bowing down in front of Marinette and the three older guys behind her.

"Hello angel I missed you" he said shyly "demon spawn!!"she yelled and hugged him. The class watched confused as to who the men were and why one of them called her angel. Marinette turned to face Jason again and said "hi Jason hi dick and hi Tim, is Bruce and Selena here to"
Tim answered "yeah but they are having dinner so we're here to stay" he chuckled slightly. The class had started talking again.

Adrien, Nino,Alya and Chloe ran up to Marinette "care to introduce us" she smiled and said "uh yeah" "Alya,Adrien,Chloe, Nino this is Dick, Jason and Tim they are Damians brothers and Damien is my boyfriend." "Dick,Jason,Tim and Damian these are my friends Alya,Adrien,Chloe and Nino" everything was going perfect until Laya came up to them and said "hi my name is Lila Rossi I'm a friend of Marinette's I just wanted to ask how much did she pay you to do this" the three older men looked at each other then laughed Tim started "Mari is family she is demon spawns girlfriend" Jason looked at her and said "we came to see her for the new year and there is something called a washing machine you should try it sometime"he said in an unamused tone.

Before she could reply one student looked at them and said "you should really watch your mouth her boyfriend can leave you bankrupt" "who is her boyfriend" dick asked "Damian Wayne" the student said proudly this time Dick,Jason,Tim,Alya,Adrien,Nino and Marinette laughed but Damian was not amused. The student didn't understand what was so funny. "Damian Wayne and us are kinda close"dick said with a smirk only for Damien to add "not by choice".

Layla's eyes narrowed "how do you know him" she said abruptly Jason looked at her and said "we are Bruce Wayne's adopted sons honey" he said with a smirk Tim turned his phone and said "so your telling me that you are dating this Damian Wayne" he showed her a picture of him on google only to continue "the same Damian Wayne as demon spawn over here who by the way is Mari's boyfriend"

Layla knew she couldn't get out of this lie everyone looked at her then started apologising to Marinette for how they have been treating her. Damian simply said "Mrs Rossi you will be expecting a letter from our family's lawyers". With that someone in the back started yelling 5.4.3.they all lit up the firecrackers 2 and at one Damian kissed Marinette "Merry New Years Angel"
