"Long story short the professor ended up cancelling class last minute, but I was already on campus... so I went to get these!"
Doyeon handed her a bag of mini donuts.
"It's from that new store that everyone's been talking about."
Jihyun took one out and popped it into her mouth.
"How is it? The hour wait worth it?"
Jihyun coughed, almost choking on her donut.
"I'm sorry what? An hour?"
"Yep."
"What the hell."
"So, is it worth it" Doyeon asked.
"I mean yeah, but an hour? I'd rather get the crappy ones at the convenience store."
The two reached the front door to the main library.
Although the other smaller libraries were much closer to the rest of the school amenities, the two always came here to study. There's just something about studying somewhere with nicer architecture, Jihyun swore it made her just a little bit more productive, and hey, she was in architecture for a reason.
Jihyun pulled open the door and let Doyeon in first.
"-but convenience store ones are really crappy, last time I got one they... Jihyun?"
Doyeon stoped talking when she realized that Jihyun wasn't walking with her. She turned around and spotted her, still holding the door open.
"What are you-"
Just at that moment, two freshmen boys rushed in, out of breath.
They quickly stopped to say thank-you before hurrying off again, probably running late to their class.
"You're welcome," She called after them.
Jihyun turned back to Doyeon who watched her weirdly.
"What is up with you these days." She said, more to herself than to Jihyun.
She only shrugged her shoulders and smiled before walking into the library, leaving her friend to shake her head in disbelief.
