Chapter 35: Dance Dance

(I really made a chapter dedicated to getting cookies for tam tam. Oh and platonic Bakumomo. She's dating Todo.)

That next day, Momo was stuck at home. She had decided to go to the mall the next day so that Reiko could attempt to go along. She wanted to be nice and at least give her a chance to go along with her. Reiko didn't have any friends other than her boyfriend. She seemed nice so Momo didn't know why she didn't have more friends. Probably because she was too introverted.

She was waiting silently. Just waiting for something to do.

Tamaki's girlfriend: Hey, I made cookies for Tamaki, can you give them to him?

Goddess: sure.

Yeah! Something to do! Momo was quick to get dressed and run out of the home. She was excited to do something. And Tamaki was still living with them so hell yeah.

Momo could walk, she was a big girl. Nejire's place was kind of far though. She had a bike, where would she put the cookies though. Damn, that was a tough one.

"Eiji!" She shouted. Eijirou had a friend with a car, she had gas money, she was going this far to get damn cookies.

"Yes?"

"I need a car."

"I'm not calling Bakugo." He said and laid back down. Tamaki was sleeping peacefully. He didn't usually sleep during the day. "He's gonna get pissed, he'll make me go with you both, and I'm not listening to you and him scream to that Fall Out Boy crap."

"Dear brother, I've got headphones. And don't disrespect the greatness we call Patrick Stump."

"Do you have Gas Money?"

"I know the Bakugo rules. Gas money, no changing the music, and no turning on the lights. He's such a dad." Momo said. Eijirou grumbled, calling his friend. He was usually pissed off when Eijirou asked for a ride, but he was an angel to Momo. Not because he liked her, she had a boyfriend, but because she was didn't piss him off.

Momo thanked him and told him to get dressed. They were doing this much for some damn cookies.

She was wearing a simple sweater and shorts. She didn't try and dress up because Bakugo wasn't Shoto.

(Me tryna cover up the fact I like Bakumomo a lot-)

Eijirou got dressed and his friend arrived in a few minutes. Bakugo had a neat car and let her sit in the front. Eijirou rolled his eyes. What kind of crush was this?

"Where the hell am I going?" He asked her.

Momo showed him Nejire's address. Bakugo put it into his phone's gps and began driving. He turned the music up and Eijirou rolled his eyes.

"Dance Dance has to be their best song." Bakugo said, Momo looked at him and laughed.

"I hear your Dance Dance, I give you Stay Frosty Royal Milk Tea and Sugar We're going down."

"Hell no, Dance Dance is iconic. Centuries doesn't even beat it."

"Centuries was amazing though!"

"You're testing me and I will fight you for it."

"You wouldn't hurt me. I'm your bestie." Momo said in a baby voice. She pinched his cheek. She said it just to piss him off.

"Haha nice joke, my best friend is Eijirou." He said. Momo pretended to be hurt.

"You mean it?!" Eijirou gasped.

Only five minutes later, they were only a three minutes away from Nejire's place and Eijirou couldn't be grateful. He had to listen to them rant about Patrick Stump through his headphones, they were that loud.

"Patrick doing the heart in Dance Dance is the best thing on earth." Momo randomly began speaking. Eijirou was getting annoyed.

"Are you dumb? Like, it's a genuine question. The best thing is Pete shouting Dance." Bakugo said. The only thing that saved Eijirou from another rant, was Bakugo pulling up into the driveway. "I'm not done with you."

"Tell me all about it when I come back in two seconds." Momo squinted and stuck her tongue out. She hopped out of the car and walked to the door.

She rang the doorbell and waited for Nejire. Bakugo had his favorite song playing for her when she came back. They were like this. Eijirou couldn't escape it. The fact they hadn't conspired to go to a concert for FallOut Boy was shocking. Even Panic At The Disco. Like, damn, have the same taste in music, which was surprising since Momo was 'prissy and perfect' according to their little squad.

Nejire handed Momo a plate covered in aluminum foil. There was a bright yellow sticky note on top.

"I couldn't find my other cookie cutters!"

Momo peaked underneath the foil and saw heart shaped cookies. She was surprised. Was this a confession of love? Ooooooh~

"Hey Bakubabe." She teased. It was an obvious joke, she only ever called him by his name. He rolled his eyes at her dumb joke.

"I'm telling Half n' Half Bastard you said that."

"My boyfriend is not a bastard!" Momo gasped. She still hadn't realized he was playing music. He glanced down at the plate in her hands and looked her in the eyes.

"You made me drive just to get cookies? You're lucky your adorable." Bakugo said. Momo wheezed and looked back at Eijirou. He was laughing.

When Tamaki woke up from his nap, Momo and Eijirou came back. They greeted him with a loud shout. It startled him, but he got up.

"Nejire made cookies for you!" Momo squealed. She was excited to see his reaction. She handed them over and watched him lift up the foil. He was surprised to see the shape. Momo gave him the sticky note, it calmed him down a bit.

"Oh, I'll thank her. Thanks." He said.

"How was your nap?"

"I dunno. Ok I guess." He said, looking at the shape. It looked like a piece of bread. "We're they supposed to be bread shaped?" He asked. Momo cocked her head and took the piece of bread off.

"No silly! The bread keeps the cookies soft!" Momo laughed. Tamaki turned to face the wall. He felt dumb. "I'm sorry!" Momo apologized and hugged him.

"I-it's fine."

He looked at his cookies and smiled a bit. They were heart shaped. He knew her little excuse was a lie and she wanted to make them heart shaped. "Liar." He laughed a bit.
