Chapter 27

1 week later

today's the day. i'm going back to hype house. after a week and a bit. me and bryce have sorted things with each other, and he's fine that i don't like him in that way. but i feel bad crashing at sway house all the time so i'm going back, but staying in avani and addisons room. i haven't spoken to nick since we have broken up, and he hasn't posted on anything.

i got out of bed and saw nessa still sleeping next to me. i smiled. i was going to miss sleeping in her bed every night. she would always try to keep me up for all nighters but by 2am she was fast asleep. i loved it. she made me pillow forts. she was the best. i had to leave asap so i left her a note saying thank you for letting me sleep in her bed. i headed downstairs and saw anthony eating cereal.

j- hey ant!
an- jenna!

after stuff with bryce happened, i was talking to anthony a lot more. he apologised for what happened with avani. i was fine with it anyway, but it's nice that they both apologised for it. i sat down next to anthony.

an- you ready to go back to hype and see nick?
j- i'm not but, i can't keep crashing on you guys. i feel bad.
an- no don't! we love having you here. you xoxo for us, plus you tidy the house, even if you didn't you're still a great addition to sway.
j- haha thanks ant. i love being here to but, hype is my house and i can't avoid nick forever, i probably won't go round the house as much though. i'm not ready to see his face yet.
an- that makes sense, you guys were a big thing, but it will get 100 times easier once you are in the same house, i promise.
j- you are literally the best. i'm probably going to call an uber soon. i need to get back before nick wakes up so i can get all my stuff out the room.
ja- don't call an uber. i'll take you!
j- jaden? but you're never awake this early!
ja- i knew you would want to leave early so i set an alarm. now let's go!
j- okay! bye ant! tell everyone i said bye and that i love them!
an- okay! bye jenna!

me and jaden got in the car and he put on his music. i had gotten really into jadens music as they play it a lot at sway, as well as still softish. i sang along to angels and demons, while jaden focused on driving. we soon arrived at hype house, and i saw avani waiting outside for me. i have jaden a hug and hopped out the car.

j- thanks jay, i'll see you soon
ja- bye jenna!

i ran over to avani and gave her the biggest hug.

j- why are you awake so early?
av- i had to be ready fro when you got back! plus i got some of your stuff out of nicks room already, so you had less to do.
j- you're the best! what stuff is left?
av- underwear, and there was a box of stuff hat was shared of yours and nicks so i didn't take anything from there.
j- thank you vani! i'll go get it now before nick wakes up.
av- okay beb!

i went into the house and ran up the stairs. i approached nicks room and saw him still sleeping in the bed. i tiptoed in and grabbed my underwear drawer, like literally the actual drawer. i ran over to avani's room and put it outside the door. i headed back to nicks room but when i got back he was awake and looking through the box i needed to get to. i walked away and back to avani's room. i slowly opened the door to make sure i didn't wake addison, but when i went in she was sat there on her phone.

ad- you're back jenna! and you have a... drawer?
j- it's my underwear. i just took it from nicks room but he is awake so i can't take the drawer back.
ad- ohh right. come sit down!

i put the drawer on her desk and sat next to her on the bed.

ad- have you spoken to nick since.. you know.. the breakup?
j- nope. i don't really want to, i would just like.. break down.
ad- aw babe, it'll get better, i don't know if you knew but me and bryce used to date, we're best friends now!
j- haha yeah! i didn't know that but, cool!
ad- i'm gonna go make breakfast, you want anything?
j- no thanks. i think i will probably just sit here for a bit.
ad- okay! i'm going out after breakfast so i'll see you later!
j- bye!!

she skipped out the room and i lay down on the bed. i walked over and locked the door so i could sleep. i drifted off to sleep but i soon woke up to voices outside the door. i couldn't figure out who they were.

?- you don't understand.
??- yes i do. you said i was irrelevant and ugly. but now you want me to fuck you?
?- i didn't say that. it's all fake.
??- there are screenshots!!

i felt like i needed to know who it was so i tiptoed over and popped the door open a tiny bit. i saw darianka first and when i tried to open it further, i leaned forward too much and fell flat on my face out the door. i blacked out for a second but when i opened my eyes, i saw nick stood there staring at me. i immediately jumped up and ran back into the room. i slammed the door and locked it as fast as i could.

da- i told you she was a nosey bitch.
n- shut the fuck up you're literally irrelevant.
da- excuse me?

i ran over to the mirror and saw the front of my nose and forehead had gone bright red. i sat on the floor and started to cry. it hurt to see nick with someone else already. especially her. and i know he basically rejected her but surely something happened while i was gone. i sat there for five minutes until i heard banging on the door.

av- jenna let me in!!

i groaned and walked over to the door and unlocked it. avani came running and when she saw my face she literally screamed.

av- what the fuck happened???
j- i maybe sort of tried to see who wanted to fuck who and then fell forward on my face.
av- at least tell me you saw who..
j- yeah..

i started to tear up again.

av- don't you are fucking say it was them..
j- y- yeah..
av- oh my fucking god.

avani ran out of the room and i heard shouting from upstairs.
