For the peopele who feel stress all the time (works for the most)

* practice yoga

* say no (if they get angry or don't like you anymore their loss. Remember they lost a caring friend but you lost someone who doesn't care about you. Have your standard high even with friend)

* Breathe, let it go. Unclench your jaw, remove your tong from the top of your mond. 

*Do something creative. If you are a non creative person like me , even colouring will clear your mind. In some stores they sell adult colouring books which you can get to clear your mind.

* Call someone 

* Take a break 

*write your worries down. For me it was hard (still is to express my feelings, so I write it down and then after I feel better I burn it. For me burning that paper is a feeling that my worries are going away and that they are temporarily)

*remind yourself it will be okay

* Eat healthy

* Take a stroll, run or take a walk to clear your mind
