For the people who feel angry all the time (works for the most)

*write down your thoughts (I burn it after I write it down)

* sweat it out, go for a walk or a run

* transform your emotions to change, for instance if you feel angry because nobody helped you through hard times, try to help people who felt like you through their hard times

* create a fun playlist which will boost your mood. There is a playlist on spotify called mood booster and songs to sing in the shower. These two playlist are Always giving me a happy mood.

* Take deep breaths and remind yourself it will be okay

* Express yourself to others, In every relationship even in friendship is the key comprehension and then communication. If you don't talk about how you feel they will not know what is going on in your mind. But if you do talk about it they can try to understand you better.
