It's only been two years, and the Toga sisters have already made a big name for themselves. They had a criminal record and were wanted all over Musutafu, and some neighboring cities as well.
"Nii-sannnn~" Himiko whined out to (Y/n), leaning against her. "Please let me kill Mr. Stainy..."
"No. He's too dangerous," (Y/n) said, the sixteen year old girl pouting in response. Himiko grabbed the tv remote in the abandoned apartment they had been residing in and clicked the tv on.
"Number two hero, Endeavour, has successfully shut down the Hero Killer's reign of terror. Though his capture will not go unnoticed by the villains whom he was supposedly associated with. The League of Villains."
Himiko stared at the tv in awe, her mouth gaping. (Y/n) wasn't paying attention to the tv, and instead was cooking dinner.
"Nii-san..." Himiko whispered, gaining (Y/n)'s attention. "They got him..." (Y/n) realized what her sister was talking about.
"Now you won't be so obsessed with going after him at least," she said, continuing to cook.
"I wanna be like him. I wanna join the League of Villains," Himiko stated, determination spreading across her face as she looked to (Y/n). "Please, nii-san? I'm sixteen now. I wanna go by myself," (Y/n) sighed quietly.
"Fine. You can go. But if I hear any word that you get severely hurt or die, I'll resurrect you and kill you myself," (Y/n) said, cracking a smile. Himiko squealed excitedly, hugging her sister.
"Arigatou, nii-san!! Arigatou, arigatou, arigatou!!" Himiko jumped up and down, smiling widely.
"You'll leave before dawn tomorrow. Come and visit me sometime, ok?" Himiko nodded, thanking (Y/n) a bunch more times before sitting at the table and eating the food her sister had cooked.

(Y/n) waved to Himiko as she ran off, searching for the League of Villains base. She didn't know what she was going to do without Himiko, the two were very close. She considered going to find Overhaul and work for him, but she didn't want to take chances. He didn't like having people he didn't trust know about his base.
How (Y/n) knew that about him?
Simple. She studied him. A lot.
Instead, what (Y/n) decided was to become the second Overhaul. In order to do that, she had to get ahold of quirk destroying bullets. They weren't permanent yet, from what she had heard, but they were still worth a shot.
The only way she thought she could do that was by finding Shie Hassakai's base, infiltrate it, and steal their stash. It was a risky mission, but (Y/n) was willing to take the risk, knowing it would have benefits if she completed it.
After a few months of planning and researching, she managed to locate the Shie Hassakai base and came up with a plan on how to infiltrate it.
