Police and lies

A/N this got completely out of hand again

Oikawa woke up at 3am unable to sleep, he turned around in Iwaizumi's arms.
God he looked so beautiful, he realized that even after all those years his feelings still haven't died.
He still loved him, wanted to kiss him, do everything with him, stay by his side forever.
He silently cursed himself for falling for his best friend,  what would happen if he confessed? Would the other turn him down and end their friendship? Kick him out?
No he wouldn't do that, he would turn him down but not end their friendship nor kick him out.
He felt tears welling up in his eyes, he tried to hold them back, how could he think so bad of him? He was a great friend, he was loveable, beautiful, those strong eyes, his body build, his stupid spikey hair, his strong but nice personality, his hugs, his strong but soft hands.
Everything about him just screamed loveable.
He decided to scroll a bit through Instagram.
Suddenly he got a notification, from school?
He clicked on it and was shown a picture of the school burning.
The comments of the students were the best.

He had to laugh, of course it had been Mattsun and Makki who wrote it.
"Oikawa?", a sleepy voice asked.
"Huh? Oh sorry go back to sleep"
"Why are you up?"
"Couldn't sleep. Also we can sleep in tomorrow"
"Huh?"
"Well school's burning"
"Oh, okay-Wait what?!"
"School caught fire and is burning down"
"What the actual fuck?"
"Dunno why"
"Mh, go back to sleep tho"
"But I'm not tired"
"You serious?"
"Mh"
"Ugh. You need to sleep"
"I can't I'm not tired"
"You've gotta be kiddin me"
"Nope"
"Can I sleep?"
"Dunno if you can then yes"
"Thanks"
Iwaizumi closed his eyes again, trying to fall asleep again.
He tried to sleep but, ya know once your up it's hard to sleep again.
"Let's do something"
"Can't sleep?"
"Definitely not"
"Mh"
Iwaizumi let go of Oikawa and sat up rubbing his eyes.
Oikawa thought he looked cute, well he always looked cute but he was even cuter when he was sleepy.
"Nooo, Iwa-chan! Come back here", Oikawa whined and made grabby hand motions.
"You're such a baby", Iwaizumi answered but still laid down again.
Iwaizumi nuzzled his nose into the wavy, chestnut coloured hair, it smelled nice.
Oikawa giggled and squirmed, Iwaizumi really started tickling him.
"I-Iwa-chan! Stoppp"
"Not happening"
The whole thing was stopped by knocking sounds.
Iwaizumi stopped and stood up walking down, who would knock at 3am?
He opened it and was greeted by police officers and Oikawa's mother.
"Iwaizumi Hajime?"
"Yes? That's me"
"Where is Oikawa Tōru?"
"In the bedroom?"
"Get him down here"
"Okay?"
He called for him and he immediately came down confused look on his face, his eyes widened when he saw his mother with police officers.
"Mo-Mother?"
"Tōru! Thank god! You don't know how worried I was"
"Wh-what is the police doing here?"
"Iwaizumi Hajime you are arrested for being suspected for kidnapping Oikawa Tōru"
"Wha-"
He was slammed against the door by the two officers.
"Iwa-chan! Let him go he didn't kidnap me! I came here by free will!"
"Tōru baby! What did he make you think! He kidnapped you you don't know him!"
"No! That's not true! Why do you hate him so much!"
"Stop calm down baby. You aren't yourself!"
By now many people have come out of their houses watching the whole thing shocked.
Yahaba was struggling with holding back Kyōtani.
Iwaizumi was pulled out of his house by the officers and they started to walk towards the car that was parked.
He kept his head down low, he didn't do anything, he wasn't ashamed of himself. He was just hiding the anger on his face.
He knew that Oikawa's mother was a bitch but that she would do something like this.
"How many times do I need to tell you that I didn't kidnap him?"
"Be quiet"
He kept his mouth shut and didn't resist anymore, he knew that it would be a bad.
He sat in the car and gave Oikawa a small smile and the door closed.
As soon the police car drove off, Oikawa's mother let go of him gave him a wicked smile and left.
Oikawa fell onto his knees disbelief written all over his face.
"Oikawa-san!", the first person next to him was Yahaba.
"What happened?",a guy asked.
"I-He-he did nothing wrong… It was my mother…"
"What did she do?"
"Sh-She said that he kidnapped me…"
"What's wrong with her?!"
"She hates him,, she always has"
Kyōtani was on phone calling someone.
Not long after Makki and Mattsun arrived panting.
"Oikawa!", Makki hugged him.
"Let's get you inside", Mattsun said picking up the shaking Oikawa.
They just stayed with him until he had fallen asleep.
They quietly got up and went out.
"What happened here?!", Mattsun asked.
"The police took Iwaizumi-san. Oikawa-san's mother told them that he had kidnapped him"
"That bitch", Makki hissed through gritted teeth.
"If anything, and I mean anything, happens to Oikawa call us. We will talk to his mother"
They left both angry, they talked about a plan how to make his mother take back everything she said. All her lies about Iwaizumi.
Iwaizumi was sitting in a cell hands behind his back tied together.
He was almost shaking with anger, that bitch.
He knew that Makki and Mattsun would be already thinking about how to make her take back her lies, but what about Oikawa?
How was he doing? Was he okay? How long did he cry?
Mattsun and Makki weren't able to find Oikawa's mother, they were watching the news.
•Oikawa Tōru's kidnaper had been found. It turned out to be Iwaizumi Hajime. A 18 old student at Aoba Johsai High. He was arrested at 3am this day. They have been giving concerts together•
"This is bullshit!", Mattsun yelled throwing a pillow at the TV.
"Liars"
"Matt's. I know that it's hard but please calm down okay? We need to keep our head clear to get him out there"
"I know, I just don't know where to put my anger. How to handle it"
"I had an idea for that", Makki said and sat down on Mattsun's lap rolling his hips.
They kissed and it got more and more heated, Mattsun loved the idea of this.
