I wake up early and go on my computer trying frantically "cmon." I whisper jack wakes up "where'd you go?" He says rubbing his eyes "I'm just never gonna be able to do anything without knowing who he is." I turn back and look at him he stares at me confused. "To bad I don't have my powers I could help." I smile "your fine jack." He smiles and gets up and walks over to me and rubs my shoulders.
"Hey dad what's moms new last name." I say running down the stairs "um I think it's loader." I scoff "that's a beautiful last name." He laughs "I guess it is." I grab a apple. "Okay dad I'll see you in a bit." I go to run up the stairs but he stops me "please don't obsess over all of this." I shake my head "I promise I won't." I say I continue up the stairs. I eat my apple and continue to type "bingo!" I say as I pull up birth records from my brother "jack hurry I found him." I say smiling.
He squints at the screen "trey loader?" He says I shake my head "that's him." He shakes his head and I get up and hug him he places his hands on my waist "I love you." He says I kiss him and brush my hand over his cheek "I love you to jack." He smiles and hugs me "let's go find your brother." He whispers in my ear. "Let's get it." I say laughing we go outside and get in my car and drive down the road.
"Where does it say he lives?" Jack looks on the paper "about 3 hours from here." I type the address on my phone gps and we ride down the road listening to music. "So what are you gonna do when you meet him?" Jack says I shake my head and tap my thumb on the steering wheel "I have no clue actually." I say looking at the road disappearing underneath us. Two hours pass and we pull over at a gas station jack goes to get snacks while I pump gas.
We get back on the road and an hour passes and we arrive at my brothers house I sit in the car for 30 minutes. "You okay?" He says I shake my head "just nervous." I say he grabs my shoulder "your gonna be alright." He says smiling. "Okay let's do this." I say looking out the window at his house. "Okay." I get out of the car and straighten up my clothes. I walk to the door and draw my arm back and knock I close my eyes and take a deep breath and the door opens slowly.
