I wake up in the back of the car cuddled up to jack holding him close I lay for and second and take it in then get up lightly patting his side. "Jack get up we have to go." He wakes up rubbing his eyes "how did we get here?" I shrug my shoulders and throw my hair into a ponytail.
"Jack I think I made my decision but I don't wanna tell you till we find out if you can come or not." He shakes his head "okay." We drive back to the bunker. The boys all stand around a table mixing everything together for the rift to my world jack grabs my hand and holds it tight as we get closer to the table. I pull him aside before we walk further "Jack no matter what happens I love you and your the one for me." I kiss his cheek and he blushes and shakes his head.
"Um guys." I say leaning against the table "me and jack have a question." Dean raise his eyebrow. "What do you want now kiddo?" He says looking up at me "okay shot in the dark but if we removed jacks grace could he come with me for a bit?" Dean looks At castiel. Castiel shrugs his shoulder "it could work for a year tops." He says I look at jack "well then we are ready." Jack smiles.
The portal opens and we say our goodbyes "we will see you guys in a year." I say hugging dean "just take care of him." Castiel says. "Of course I will cass." I hug him then Sam. "Ready jack?" I say reaching for his hand. He looks around nervously and shakes his head "just give me a minute." He pulls Castiel aside "your like my dad and thank you for taking care of me like mom asked." Castiel shakes his head and they hug.
Sam hands me a button "when your ready to come back mash this button." I shake my head and take it and put it in my pocket. He hand jack one to "just in case one breaks or you lose it." We laughs and I take jacks hand "let's hit the road jack." Dean buts in "and don't you come back no more no more." Everyone laughs and we group hug one last time. I take jacks hand "okay now let's go." I go through the portal slowly jack behind me and everything go black.
