Cheryl
Toni always talked about how she wanted to go to a botanical garden. She talked about the streams, the flowers, the birds. And just the peace of it all. The only sounds being birds chirping, and water streaming down the rocks. She talked about the fresh air. How the warm grass would feel on her feet. The sun shining down. All the amazing pictures she would take. So that's where I'm taking her today.
Toni
We arrived at our destination. I gasped. "I've always wanted to go to one of these" I squealed as I got out of the car. Cheryl laughed and took my hand as we walked in. "I reserved the entire place just for us today!" She told me. I giggled. We walked into the field. "Wow" I whispered to myself.

I walked over to the water stream. I let it run over my hand. The water was cool and fresh. We took our shoes off. I got up and took a deep breath of the fresh air. Cheryl walked over to the flowers and smelled them. I laughed. "What's so funny?" She joked. "Huh?" She started chasing me. "Ahh" I giggled running. She finally caught me and spun me around. She caressed her head in my neck. We sat down in the field surrounded by flowers. The sun shining down on our faces. I snapped a picture and we both started laughing. We stayed there for a while in the comfort of our embraces.
"Come on" Cheryl said as she got up. She extended her hand out for me to grab. I took her hand in mine and stood up. We ran over to the flowers and Cheryl took one off and put it in my hair. I kissed her. We made out for a while. And after a few hours we left.
"Where to next my beautiful girlfriend?" I asked her.
"Well, I know you like cafe's so, I'm going yo take you to my favorite cafe"
"Okay!" I said.
We walked to the car. We drove to a small but cozy cafe. We got out of the car and walked hand in hand into the cafe. The smell of coffee and sweet pastries instantly hit me when I walked in. "Mmm" I said taking in the smell. "I know right" Cheryl said as we walked to the counter. "Order anything you want" Cheryl told me. I ordered a pastry, with a sausage, bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich, and a coffee.
We sat down on a colorful couch. We talked and laughed as we ate. We talked about our childhoods. We talked about our dreams and goals. Which I would probably never achieve mine... But we didn't care. We got to know each other better in the deep conversation we had. After a few minutes we decided to head back. She dropped me off at home but not before giving me a loving kiss goodbye.
I walked into my house and smiled to myself as I closed the door. I really do love her.
