I exhaled nervously. I was about to go into an interview that would change my life. Me and Z agreed it would be best if we admitted we were in a relationship and if I told the world I was kicked out and about what happened to Z's parents.

I walked into the room and the flashing lights of cameras hit me. I sat down and cleared my throat.

"Are the rumours that you and Zendaya are in a relationship true?" the first questions came. I knew this would be asked.

"Yes," I replied simply and the lights flashed.

"Is that why your parents kicked you out,"

"Yes,"

"Have you been living with Zendaya?"

"I was but then I went to Italy with her and we got a hotel room near the set,"

"Did you get drunk last night?"

"Yes I did,"

"Why?"

"There was a lot of pressure after the earthquake,"

"What caused this pressure?"

"Well, my family are pretty shaken up. And there have been a lot of problems with Z,"

"What sort of problems?"

I breathed out and glanced at Daya in the corner. She nodded comfortingly, giving permission and I look back to the cameras.

"Her dad is in a coma and her mum is serverely injured because of the earthquake,"

"Why did you come back to America after the earthquake?"

"Well Z went back while I was still filming so I also came to check on my family and hers,"

"Why did you come to check on your family if they kicked you out,"

"My parents kicked me out, I still have a close relationship with my brother and my niece, plus I wanted to make sure they were ok. I still love my parents even if they don't love me."

"Why were you at the bar then, and not home with your family,"

"I wasn't allowed to stay with them even though there was an earthquake,"

"Why did people think Zendaya got drunk and not you?"

"I guess it looked like she was leaning on me instead of me leaning on her?" I suggested

"Are you going to continue filming?"

"I definitely made a mistake, a stupid one but yes I will continue filming to make up for it and I hope you forgive me,"

The rest of the interview went fairly smoothly and when I left the room, social media was buzzing with the information. Z hugged me when we were out of view and I buried myself in her hug. In that second, I wanted to disappear. I wanted to disappear into a world without earthquakes and alcohol and comas and cruel parents.

After the interview, we headed off to the hospital to tell everyone the news. We had of course checked with them about spilling the news about her parents but they were surprised to hear that we became public and extremely thankful that I booked a nearby hotel for them.

We stayed at the hospital for a few hours but eventually went back to the hotel where I started to pack for Italy again.

Z started packing as well but I stopped her.

"You're not coming," I said. She looked at me in alarm.

"What?"

"You're staying here, with your family,"

"No but I don't wanna leave you, what about the plane and I won't be able to see you and I'll miss you and-"

"I'll miss you too, but I'm not letting you come with me. You have to stay here, I'll be fine on the plane and I'll call you every day, I promise!"

"You promise?"

"I promise,"

"But-"

"No buts, I'm going alone,"
