Alainns pov
I woke up that morning with Justin by my side and my head started hurting and i could not figure out why. I got up to go to the bathroom to wash up, as i looked at myself in the mirror, i saw that my reflection was giving me quiet the scare. I don't really know but something in my head is trying to get through to me but for some reason it can't and it is giving me a huge headache. I took some pain meds and it subsided but i still could feel it tugging. I ignored the feeling thinking it was just the stress about everything so far, from the success of capturing and turning one of the vamps against them.
I went back to bed to see Justin waking up. "Goodmorning sweetie" i told him as i kissed him. "Well goodmorning to you too princess" he said as he kissed me back and got up to freshen up. As he was in the bathroom, i had a chance to change into some decent clothes and as soon as he got out, we went down to have breakfast. "Alainn dear" said my dad as i sat down. "Yes dad?" I said as the servers brought the food.
"We have some planning to do today." dad said as he smiled. i looked at him all confused and then i asked him "What do you mean planning dad? I thought i was training today?". He looked at me and nodded "Yes, you did have training but i think this event is much more important for both you and Justin" he said as he looked at Justin. I looked to where Justin was and he was kneeling down on one knee, i started tearing up. "Alainn, I haved loved you since the day i first saw you and i do not regret our relationship at all. We may have had our ups and downs but we managed to work it out. I hope to spend the rest of my life with you and i hope you want the same thing. Alainn I love you so much and would you do the honors of being my wife? Will you marry me?". I could not believe what i heard but i was happy and crying and i then i said "What took you so long? Of course i do Justin". He put the ring on the my finger then we kissed and hugged.
"Congrats to the both of you my lovely daughter and my son-to-be" my dad said as he came up to hug us. Even with all the excitement, i felt as though it was wrong that i said yes. Like something was telling me that i should have said no but i pushed it away thinking it might just be nerves.
