WILD [Shirou Ogami x OC]

Prologue

"Shirou!" I said as I walked into his room, the smell of his scent entering my nose. His scent mixed with the faint smell of vanilla made the room a calm place, a place I always went to when I've had a rough day.

"What do you want Rin?" He drawled as I plopped myself onto his bed. He was taking a nap and I felt bad for waking him but this summer was long, hot and boring and since I didn't have many friends he was the only one that I knew would entertain me in some way.

"I'm so bored," I exclaimed as I twirled a piece of my hair between my fingers. The soft sigh Shirou made me turn around, he had his arm draped over his face so I could only see the lower half of his face. Giving a small smile I laid down beside him and closed my eyes too.

"What are you doing Rin?" he asked, his voice groggy from the nap he just had.

"I'm taking a nap too." I replied, giving a soft giggle as he lifted his arm and peered at me. His electric blue eyes even though blocked from the light were sparkling.

"Why not just take a nap in your own bed." He said even though it was a rhetorical question I still answered.

"Well," I said pretending to give some thought into my answer as I brought my hand up to my chin. "Because my pillows don't match up to you!" I smiled wide and turned on my side so I was facing him and cuddled closer into his side.

"H-hey," He stuttered before rolling his eyes. "I don't care if we've been dating for a year now, you can't just come in here and disturb me while I am taking a nap." he scolded as he wrapped his arm around me. I smiled and only hummed in response.

"You like it when I do this." I said quietly, beginning to drift off into slumber. The last thing I heard was him making a 'tssh' sound before we both fell asleep.

Although our slumber didn't last long before his door flung open and Michiru burst out, "Oh my gosh guys, seriously!" she yelled as she ran over and plopped herself on top of Shirou and I. I laughed as I rubbed my eyes and adjusted them to the light.

"What do you guys think you're doing, it's the middle of the afternoon." She exclaimed as she too found her way between Shirou and I. I rolled my eyes at her.

"Because it's the afternoon, we beast-men gotta get our sleep, isn't that right Shirou?" I asked as I looked at him he only ignored us and continued to sleep.

"Wolfs and sloths have more in common than I thought." Michiru muttered to herself as she climbed over us again and stood up. "Ok, well sorry for waking you to lovebirds-" she paused before continuing "or should I say Wolves?" She shrugged and continued to say that she needed to find someone who she could cuddle with on long, boring summer afternoons. Although, summer vacation was only two weeks for them then they would be back at work. As Michiru left us alone for the remainder of the afternoon Shirou rolled over and pulled me into his chest and hugged me. We both fell asleep like this.

I'm glad I met you that day I thought as I drifted finally into a peaceful slumber.
