-Subject CI 0024 also known from her birth name as y/n has been the main power source of the great lands known as Rugechin.

Russia has held its own wars but since the birth of subject CI 0024 countries such as Germany, China, and India have agreed to collaborate with each other. While America attempted to pursue keeping the NATO pack; the eastern nations never responded back. The leaders turned their backs and without a word, they all left NATO. They saw America and all the people within the country as emotionally, physically, and mentally inferior.

Four great countries united creating a nation that withholds the name of their project "Rugechin". Rugechin established new laws keeping countries that were not a part of the project out of their lands. Soldiers that were apart of the creation were allowed to continue wearing their countries symbol and clothes.

But new soldiers and trainees are required to wear combat-ready armor. All their clothes pertain to a symbol of Rugechin. The only way for anyone to enter is by recruitment; those who commit themselves to Rugechin would be allowed to enter but would be put straight to work.

A bigger picture was portrayed into the minds of the people believing in mankind's power to live within space.

CI 0024 source of energy was the beginning of ending hunger, poverty, revolutions, and wars. School's curriculum focused on theories, philosophy, astronomy, and linguists; linguists held a greater impact due to most equipment being a mix of different languages. I have no doubt that in 3 years a new language will be created for the generation of children who would be born from the stars.

CI 0024 will remain isolated from the rest of the world, no one will ever question, where their technology came from? No one will ask, how the components of their possessions function? Ignorance is happiness but many others as ourselves question everything and that is what leads us to success.
