(These next two chapters, Viktor was an inspiration to me from my Slav and his cat that passed away years ago named Koshka.  🇷🇺🇲🇽❤️🥺, Image isn't him but it's cute, and it's how I would Imagine Viktor.)
The Protomen - The Good Doctor

Viktor, the soldier who irresponsibly handed Abbacchio the rights to enter the base. Seems at first as an idiot to Abbacchio but later on proved to have the mind of an engineer. A man of brawns and brains held superiority among his fellow comrades. If anyone were to be able to track you, it would be him. The incidents of Abbacchio being accepted into base has left a puzzling question.

"A man as smart as him wouldn't just mistake anyone as their own."

Viktor would spend most of his free time tinkering with TV's, radios, ac units, weapons, vacumes, and even an engine that hung chained to the ceiling. The only companion he holds true is a small Calico cat named Kushka/Koshka and wooden children toys. Viktor has full access to the base except the workshop, so how did he even make those wooden toys?

Like anyone else in these camps, Kushka was exposed to lab experiments. Germans are fine experimenting with anything but the Russians do not agree well with using house pets as subjects.

Especially cats.

A mother cat was to give birth to the genetically modified kittens, out of the 7 in the litter only Kushka survived. Sadly Kushka's mother died 3 weeks after, Viktor stole Kushka from the lab and held responsibility for his actions. As noble as it sounded his punishments left scars that are to forever be hidden beneath his skin. "Kushka, pass me wrench." Kushka did a small jog to the toolbox biting at the end of the wrench pulling it out. Small little teeth with enough force to leave bite marks on the metal.

Reaching back Viktor felt the furry face and then the wrench between Kushkas teeth. His hand was wide enough to wrap around her head and chest.

"Spasibo, Kushka. :-) "

Kushka meowed in response before running to the engine that hung on the ceiling. As Viktor tightened the bolts of a hologram device sent to him by hq, Kushka in the background would stand on her back legs to examine the engine. She may seem small but as soon as she's able to stand fully stretched she would average the height of a 45 cm.

Abbacchio lightly knocked on the door with the back of his knuckle. Viktor didn’t look back believing it was one of his advisors knocking. Abbacchio allowed himself in as he looked around the room, seeing the concrete floor with spots of oil, dust of wood, tools, springs, glass, metal parts etc. His eyes stopped seeing the chains on Viktors ankles. “Are you in trouble?” Viktor looked back hearing the familiar voice of Abbacchio. “AAAHH little man! Please come in just, don't touch cat.” Because he knows very well if Kushka were to bite or scratch it would be an infectious wound.

Once Kushka has her target, nothing really survives.

Abbacchio looked down at the big cat sitting beside the engine purring with her tail brushing against the concrete floor. She looks like a normal cute, fluffy, cat.

Just bigger. In any way Abbacchio held no interest there were other matters at hand.

“Why are you chained, Viktor?” Abbacchio stood beside looking over his shoulder. “It happens sometimes.” It’s just as if he wanted to say something else, something that held meaning but Russian men dont speak much of their problems. “Did you do something again?" Abbacchio reached over to Viktors drawer seeing a blue wheel, he couldn't make it out clearly, but it could be a wooden toy car. Viktor grabbed hold of Abbacchio's wrist firmly before looking over his shoulder toward him. “You should leave, little man.” This time he sounded more menacing.
