Nothing Is Wrong

"Husband!", A woman calls as she gently runs through the town.

He goes to her from his field.

"What is it wife? What is the matter?", he worriedly asks.

"My stomach.", she places her hand on her stomach.

"What's wrong? Are you ill?", he places his hand over hers.

"Nothing is wrong. But everything is right.", she gleems at him,"do you not understand?"

He looks into her eyes putting the prices together.

"You don't mean", he looks at her stomach.

"Yes. Yes. We are to have a child", she joyfully said to him.

"Come. Come we must go home. You must rest", he kissed her forehead.

"Dear Sae may you give us a ride?", the husband called to the woman on the wagon.

"Yes. Yes.", she called back.

She watched the couple get on the wagon.

The wife sat next to her.

" You have many herbs", the wife said to the woman, Sae.

"Yes. Have some. Try the ones in the basket. Its called katniss. It tastes like fruits.", Sae said to the wife.

The wife took the basket and tried some of the roots.

"They taste magical.", she gasped and had some more.

"Take the basket, dear one. Keep you and the baby healthy.", Sae reassured the wife.

"Oh thank you.", the wife hugged the old lady.
