A few months later a healthy baby girl was born. Her eyes were silvery, grey like her father's.

The next day was sunny and warm. So the baby was put to sleep outside where her crib was moved, next to the kitchen window

"Wife. I must tell you something. ", the husband said, worried.

"And I you.", said the wife, going outside to get her baby.

She let out a sharp scream.

"Husband. Where is our baby? She is gone!", she dug through the blankets in the crib.

"The old lady, Sae has her. She offered all the katniss roots you needed. But the price was our first child. You were dying. ", he said to her

" why didn't you let me die then?", she cried.

"Then both you and the baby would have gone.", tears spilled from his eyes.

The couple left their house that day. The crib remained outside.
